[cze][eng] v českém jazyce: Název: Marketingová komunikace fitness centra nolimits Cíle: Cílem práce je analýza marketingové komunikace fitness centra nolimits a návrh na její potencionální zlepšení. Metody: V práci jsem použila kvalitativní výzkum ve formě polo-strukturovaného rozhovoru a ve formě strukturovaného rozhovoru. Dále jsem použila analytickou metodu při analýze interních dat. Výsledky: Závěrem této práce je, že marketingová komunikace fitness centra nolimits naplňuje svůj účel, ale je zde prostor pro její zlepšení. Zejména lze zlepšit využití sociálních sítí a internetových stránek. Dále vidím prostor ke zlepšení ve vyškolení zaměstnanců. V práci dále navrhuji další dílčí zlepšení. Klíčová slova: Marketingová komunikace, fitness, sport, propagace.in English: Title: Marketing communication of the nolimits fitness center Goals: The aim of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the marketing communication of the fitness center nolimits and suggestions of potential improvements. Methods: In this thesis I used qualitative method in the form of semi-structured interview and in the form of structured interview. Furthermore, I used analytical method, while analyzing the internal data. Results: The conclusion of this thesis is that the marketing communication of the fitness center nolimits is adequate, but there is a space for improvement. In particular, it is possible to improve the use of social networks and internet pages. Furthermore, I see possible improvements in the employee training.
