This diploma thesis deals with the selection of new employees and their adaptation in a selected company. The thesis contains theoretical background of the issue of recruitment, selection and training of new employees. An analysis of internal documents is performed, followed by individual interviews with persons involved in the process of selecting and training new employees. Based on this analysis of the current situation, are designed proposed to improve the whole process of selecting and training employees for the selected company.

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of employee satisfaction in the agricultural cooperative AGRO - STONAŘOV, their motivation and rewarding. The work consists of three main parts. First part deals with theory and explains concepts for understanding selected issues. The second part introduces the company and analyses its current situation with the help of a questionnaire survey and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis, at the end of the thesis there will be presented proposals and recommendations for improving the current situation.

This diploma thesis is focused on setting up internal communication in the company OSCOM TRADING s.r.o.. The thesis is situated in two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on communication in the company as a whole. The practical part is focused on working with the acquired knowledge. The current situation in the company is analyzed and based on the obtained data, internal communication in the company is proposed, which aims to simplify communication and not confuse employees with irrelevant information, which will positively affect the working atmosphere in the company.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of motivation in a selected company. The literature search will explain the basic concepts associated with this issue. In the analytical part, the company will be introduced and data collection will take place through internal materials and structured interviews. Based on this information, the motivation system will be analyzed, employee satisfaction and loyalty will be examined, and proposals will be proposed to improve the existing motivation system, retain existing employees, increase their satisfaction and reduce turnover costs.

This diploma thesis deals with the motivation and remuneration of employees in the company, which wished to remain anonymous for these purposes. The work is divided into three parts. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge related to the topic, which leads to the processing of the following analytical part. There is an analysis of the company with a focus on the system of motivation and remuneration of the employee and a subsequent questionnaire survey among employees. Based on the findings, the last part sets out proposals and measures to increase employee satisfaction and motivation.

To get needed informations was used survey research of permanent employees and interview with employee. Outcome of this work are proposals to improve the current condition of the reward system with a focus on increasing employee motivation.

Based on the evaluated data, proposals and recommendations are made to increase employee satisfaction in the workplace.
