Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku spokojenosti zaměstnanců vzemědělském družstvu AGRO - STONAŘOV, jejich motivaci a odměňování. Práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. První část je věnována teorii a vysvětluje pojmy pro pochopení vybrané problematiky. V druhé části je představen podnik a analyzována jeho současná situace za pomoci dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů. Na základě zjištěných výsledků zanalýzy jsou vzávěrečné části práce vytvořeny návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of employee satisfaction in the agricultural cooperative AGRO - STONAŘOV, their motivation and rewarding. The work consists of three main parts. First part deals with theory and explains concepts for understanding selected issues. The second part introduces the company and analyses its current situation with the help of a questionnaire survey and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis, at the end of the thesis there will be presented proposals and recommendations for improving the current situation.
