Předmětem této diplomové práce je ověřit spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část se zabývá definicemi pracovní spokojenosti, způsoby motivace, odměňováním zaměstnanců a pojetí benefitů. Výzkumná část práce se věnuje kvantitativnímu šetření, které má formu online dotazníku. Na základě vyhodnocených dat jsou vyhotoveny návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců na pracovišti. The subject of this diploma thesis is to verify the satisfaction of employees in a selected company by a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part deals with the definitions of job satisfaction, ways of motivation, employee remuneration and concept of benefits. The research part of the work is devoted to quantitative research, which takes the form of an online questionnaire. Based on the evaluated data, proposals and recommendations are made to increase employee satisfaction in the workplace.
