Knowledge management of nurses inside learning organization

This diploma thesis deals with the process of learning, knowledge management and the concept of learning organization as strategic directions in the field of education, learning and development of employees. The theoretical part describes knowledge management as an essential part of the management of a successfully functioning and continuously developing organization, which is exposed to increasing pressure of competition, demanding clients and economic burden. In this case the setting of corporate culture towards the learning organization is equally important. Since the organization set up in this direction has created a suitable environment for the effective development of knowledge, skills and experience, not only in the classical form of lifelong learning, which is given in case of the general nurses by legislation, but above all the creation, development and transfer of knowledge between individuals and the team is emphasized. Wanda method as a tool of the learning organization in primary school

This diploma theses aims to examine the benefits of the method Wanda as a tool of the learning organization in primary school. The theoretical part focuses on the professional development of teachers, deals with the concept of learning organization and conditions of its application in primary schools and describes Wanda method and its use in teachers collective. The research part presents information about Wanda seminars for primary school teachers obtained from three sources - observation, questionnaire surveys and interviews with participants. It examines benefits and challenges of the method in specific cases and besides the positives and the pitfalls of the method it studies the conditions necessary for successful completion of Wanda seminars. SELF-EVALUATION IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS Abstract The dissertation thesis focuses on self-evaluation - self-evaluation of schools - in secondary schools in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on creation and development of professional community of teachers and creation of schools as Learning Organizations. The current state of research in the field of self-evaluation is described by the study of Czech and foreign literature. Self-conducted empirical investigation helped to determine the real state of its implementation in our secondary schools. In the framework of the thesis, self-evaluation is understood as a condition for further development of the school, improvement of the quality of teachers and all school activities; so that the school would be able to best reflect the needs of the market and its social partners. The purpose is to allow the school itself to assess its situation, to define its own problems and to find solutions - to find self-improvements. Role of a Director on the Way to a Successful School

IN ENGLISH: The final thesis deals with the issue of further education and development of teachers in primary schools and kindergartens. The theoretical part is based on the characteristics of successful schools and learning organizations. The role of the headmaster and his activities is explained with regards to specifics of the school. Described career development tools are applied to the school environment. Research part of the thesis provides information about the use of described career development tools in surveyed kindergartens and elementary schools. A partial unplanned finding is the information that nearly half of the headmasters does not feel accordingly expertly equipped for leading teachers in their professional development.

Company Culture Aspects in View of Christian Ethics

The subject of the thesis "Aspects of corporate culture from the viewpoint of Christian ethics" is to analyze the phenomenon of corporate culture in the perspective of Christian ethics and the requirements of sustainable development as the basic prerequisite for sustainable development of life on Earth. An integral part of the research is to explore the terms under which employees are willing not only to meet the tasks set by their employers, but also provide their best abilities and skills for the good of their enterprise. "Learning organization", Christian ethics in the organization and the principles of sustainability are the three discourses which are involved. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge about corporate culture and its meaning, its specific type of "learning organization", Christian ethics and especially the Catholic morality applied in terms of business administration while respecting sustainability for quality of life and the environment. Mentoring in the Nursery School as a Way to the Learning Organization

The theoretical part of the thesis consists of literary research focused on mentoring, mentoring relationship, goals and importance of mentoring, kinds and phases of mentoring, mentoring at the beginning of a teacher's career, mentoring in the course of his / her career, giving examples of implemented projects which were aimed at mentoring, and the relationship between the mentor and the learning organization. The main goal of the empirical part is to elaborate a model example for effective use of mentoring in nursery schools as a potential tool leading to the learning organization. Some necessary requirements and ideal conditions for implementing the internal mentoring in the nursery school are stated, the time schedule for implementing the internal mentoring has been elaborated, and both formal and content part for its implementation has been suggested, including some advice and recommendations. The thesis titled Development of Lecturers of Lifelong Learning for Healthcare Professionals examines the impact of development and education of workers in an organisation on the factors influencing professional behaviour. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms pertinent to the personnel-related activities of each organisation in the field of human resource management and is focused particularly on development and education. It analyses the specifics of this field regarding educators and more detailed attention is paid to the specific selected group of lecturers engaged in educating eye care professionals in contactology. The research part of the thesis concentrates on verifying the research assumption, which is the favourable impact of development and education of workers on their professional results and on the factors influencing their behaviour. This part of the thesis contains a quantitative survey carried out using the questionnaire method and semi-structured interviews with the lecturers and executives of selected organisations. Bachelor thesis deals with the efficient education of employees, if the organization is in a high turnover rate. It deals with the question of whether it makes sense in such an organization to educate employees and if so, what the most appropriate manner.
