The largest building is the exhibition Expo hall including also other relevant functions. Another object is a smaller exhibition hall, that, in addition to exhibitions, allows organizing concerts, special events, conferences and other cultural events. This is followed by a cell-based building that serves a long-term presentation of companies and individuals in the form of showrooms and open studios. Shared offices in the southern part of the premises are primarily designed for people using airport services and residents who are tempted to work in a dynamic campus environment. The whole area sits on the market.

Car Showroom

This thesis deals with the elaboration of construction project documentation of newly built car showroom with authorized service station and financial centre located in the city of Kroměříž. The building was designed as self-standing with one underground and two above ground floors and is conceptually divided into three tracts – car showroom itself, technical facilities and authorized service station. There are underground garages, storage of new cars and technical rooms situated in the basement. Showroom, sanitary facilities and operational premises, separate client services such as reception, new car selling desk, service station desk, spare parts selling desk or reception technician desk are situated on the ground floor. Also there are storage of spare parts, car wash with utility room and facilities for employees of service station. Service station itself and storage of tires are adjacent to these areas. First floor is only partial and includes financial department, offices and directorate. Construction system of this building is designed as reinforced concrete skeleton with cross-reinforced boards. The skeleton is partially blocked by porous concrete blocks 300 mm thick with thermal insulation of mineral wool 200 mm thick (main part) and 160 mm thick (service station, storage). The facade is ventilated and glazed facade system is used.

The bachelor thesis deals with the new building of Car centre VW GROUP in Brno. District Brno-Brněnské Ivanovice Kastanova street. B.p.n 50/1, 51/1, 52, 53, 54, 55/1, 55/2, 55/3, 55/4. In cadastral area it is led as Brownfields under number 0201 by the city of Brno. It has a triangular shape with an area of 1.3 hectares and master plan is for blended areas. It is located on the Kastanova street and it is currently accessible from this street. From the eastern side it is bordered by a protective zone of river Svratka. The surrounding area is built up with administrative, industrial and commercial buildings. The building is situated in the north part of the area. It is designed as single building divided to one floor carservice and showroom with two floors. Presentation, sales, after-warranty and postwarranty servicing cars Volkswagen.

Car dealership with auto repair shop

This diploma thesis is being solved for documentation of building in the stage of execution. The building is designed as a showroom with car repair shop. The building site is located in the land registry of Ostrava – Vítkovice. Project documentation is designed accordingly to the valid Czech Republic’s laws, bills and building standards. The building is divided into two objects the first one is showroom with administration and the second one is the car repair shop with washing room and restrooms. These two objects are structurally and operationally connected. The largest plan dimensions are 68,56 x 38,36 m. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame in the administrative part and a reinforced concrete wall system in the car repair part. The roof is in both cases realized by using steel trusses. The reinforced concrete frame is lined with aerated concrete masonry. In the roof part it is cladded with sandwich steel panels. The building is founded on reinforced concrete foundation pads with combination of strip foundations. The car repair shop is designed as one floor building, whereas the administrative part is designed as two floor.

The work solves the issue of the creation an internal microclimate in the object of car center. The objective of the work is to design an optimal solution of internal microclimate in the building, its assessment, selection and design of a suitable ventilation system. The results are parts: theoretical, designing and experimental.
