Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou založení a úspěšného vedení autosalonu. V práci se budu věnovat všem aspektům, které s touto problematikou souvisí. V první části se budu věnovat teoretickým východiskům mé práce a budu definovat základní pojmy jako např. podnik, podnikatel apod. Ve druhé části budu sestavovat skutečný podnikatelský záměr pro otevření a provoz autosalonu v Brně. This bachelor´s thesis deals with the establishment and successful management Car showroom. In this work, I will discuss all aspects that related to this problem. In the first part, I will discuss the theoretical bases of my work and I will define basic terms like business, businessman, etc. In the second part I will build a real business plan for opening and operation of the motor show in Brno.
