Transformation of child and childhood

In the content of the dissertation we aim to think of the question if the changes in educational system do influenece the point of view on a child, childhood and child itself. The theoretical part is focused on the research of special, historical and present documents, concerning institutional children education. The practical part examines the subjective opinion of parental public. Subsequently, thanks to the controlled dialog between the teacher and the children, it provides interests and feelings of contemporary children in nursery schools. In conclusion,from the gained information in theoretical part, we would like to determin the elements which have probably influenced the child opinion changes and it's approach. Due to the obtained information analysis and the subjective parental and children opinion comparison, we tried to answer the question how the nowadays children differ from their parents' and grandparents' generation.
What forms the image of nursery school in the eyes of parents

The choice of a nursery school is a first life step into the society. A daily schedule, age composition of educationalists, size of the facility or reachability from home are some of many criteria influencing parent's choice of the nursery school for their child. The diploma thesis "What forms the image of nursery school in the eyes of parents" describes and characterizes individual elements of image in connection with the preschool institution during particular time period and shows first moments before entering nursery school. The practical part is focused on nursery school choice criteria, parental expectations about the nursery schools and their view of the preschool education but also educationalists' opinion about the image. Sample of selected nursery schools is characterized in the thesis together with detailed data analysis and evaluation. The conclusion of thesis contains overall summary of all gained data and knowledge which can be used for suggestions of nursery school image creation.

The goal is to cover the existing cognition and its key milestones, to describe a child's behavior within the different time stages and also to discover the behavioral historical causes of children today and respective risks and advantages based on child's social status. Rigorous thesis: Sexual criminality against children (penal, criminologic and criminalistic aspects) Abstract This rigorous work called Sexual criminality against children (penal, criminologic and criminalistic aspects) deals with sexual criminality against children from several points of view. The aim of this work is primarily to understand the comlicated issues of this kind of criminality. Outstanding aims of this work are summary of possibilities of fight against sexual criminality against children and suggestion of new possibilities. This rigorous work is divided into three parts. The first part characterises offenders, victims, prevention and occurrence of sexual criminality against children in the Czech republic. The second part, the penal part, analyses particular crimes against children from the legal side. The last part deals with criminalistic method and tactics, which is used in investigation. The summary comprises partial summaries of the work.

The theoretical part is focused on the classification and characterization of visual impairment and its impact on mental and physical development of preschool aged children. It also describes the basic principles of Drama in Education, Drama in Education as an educational field, as it is integrated into framework educational programme for special elementary school and specifies the conditions under which is possible to work with visually impaired children using methods and techniques of Drama in Education, which are also individually analysed. Practical part contains ten lessons of Drama in Education with notes that reflect their progress. For the purpose of thesis the lessons were realized in a group of children with visual and multiple impairments, which is also in thesis described.

This thesis titled Amendment to the social-legal protection of children from the perspective of employees of social-legal protection deals with the social-legal protection of children in the Czech Republic, where in connection with the adoption of the amendment to the social-legal protection of children effective from 1st January 2013 saw a number of changes in the activities of the social-legal protection of children and the exercise of social-legal protection of children in general. In this thesis describes the most important changes that the Law on the social-legal protection of children and bring briefly outlined in this work also changes from 1st January 2014 will bring an amendment to the Civil Code, the issue of social-legal protection of children is closely related. The empirical part of the thesis interprets the opinion of respondents - professionals in the adopted amendments, interprets their needs and opinions of management on the governing bodies and the good social-legal protection abroad. 1 ABSTRACT The diploma work titled "The parents', teachers' and day care center staff view on possibility of placing two-year-old children in nursery schools" analyzes the specifics and problems of today's families with young children. It defines the concept of early childhood, describes a child's development at toddler age, and also characterizes today's toddler. The work is dedicated to the maturity of children for entry into nursery schools. Furthermore the diploma work describes the history and current problems of the care for children younger than three years in the Czech Republic in comparison with representative European countries. The diploma work is a survey focused on three categories of respondents' views on the possibility of inclusion of children from two years of age in nursery schools as a plan for future solution of the issue of systemic agenda of day care center for children under three years of age in the Czech Republic. The aim of the research was to find out how the surveyed parents, nursery workers and preschool teachers perceive the possibility of inclusion of two-year-old children in pre-primary educational institutions and whether today's two-year-old children are ripe for entry into nursery schools.
