This diploma thesis is about developing and building a company which is called „Villis - Village for seniors". The purpose of this thesis is to identify methods for entrepreneurial opportunities in the field of accomodation services for seniors. The theoretical part explains the expression entrepreneur, what to take care of in investing in this business field, why a business plan is created, needed and what kind of information should be provided. The practical part deals with questions concerning different possible business forms, technical support, marketing, human resources and financing this village.

THE PUBLIC CITY SPACE - LOCALITY VYŠKOV

The project includes a study of the urban redevelopment an urban public space, formerly a laundry service, in the central urban area. Conversion of this complex includes the revitalization and redevelopment of old buildings and surroundings, new buildings, open spaces for relaxing with a wide program of functions and services such as fitness, galleries, restaurants, office space, retail space, housing and loft living. The objects and surfaces are placed or created for an easy living for visitors and movement of pedestrians. An important part of the project is to address and transform the river embankment. The study takes into account all the specificities of contemporary architecture in the historic environment.

Marketing Strategy of a Private Eye Surgery

The aim of this Master’s thesis is to create marketing plan for private eye office. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theretical and practical. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge about marketing of services and specifics in healt care marketing. It was created marketing mix 4P and 4C of health care. Practical part begins of introducing of private eye office. Next step is to analyze environment of eye office using following methods: McKinsey 7S, Porter's five forces and SLEPT analysis. Conclusions of these analyses are summarized in SWOT analysis. Afterwards each question of questionnaire survey – focused on client´s comfort and ways how to improve it, is analyzed. Results and ideas come from survey how to improve our clients comfort during the examination are summarized in the proposed solutions and discussion.

Based on the theoretical knowledge, the analysis of the external and internal environment will be carried out in this work. The reason is to assess the current market situation and the company. The result of the work is to provide suggestions and recommendations for the development of the company's business activities.

Questionaire will be concluded at the end of the thesis and suggestion will be make to create better situation for company.
