Managing system of sales representatives

The theme of this thesis is to design a managing system of a particular group of financial advisors through managing a development of competences. In this work, you will learn about financial advisory field, the broker group and the specific business team, for which the proposal was created. To be successful as a financial advisor, an associate needs to master variety of competences. The ability to manage the work results is especially connected with manager's skills to control the team members' capability of achieving the targeted results and therefore his ability of controlling their competence levels. The suggested competence model is created for needs of the particular business team and is based on objective methods. The model is further used as a management tool. This is allowed by adding a rule of use and an evaluation system. The design of the system implementation contains a recommendation for introduction into the firm and a financial evaluation of the implementation investments.
Appraisal system in organization Ipsos s.r.o.

The target of this thesis is to revise current appraisal system at company Ipsos s.r.o., evaluate it on a basis of comparation with theoretical principles and based on analysis of data, obtained by questioning in form of interviews or surveys, come up with optimalization. In the theoretical part, I will draw up the informations from the literature, describe the criteria of evaluation, the procedures used and also the differences between the evaluation of the subordinates and the evaluation of the managers. In the practical part, the information will be drawn from IPSOS s.r.o. materials, from the interviews of the evaluators and from the staff of the Human Resources Department as well.
EVVO model of competence for a preschool coordinator

The thesis is focused on an issue of a competence model and its application within skills development of Environmental Education, Learning and Awareness Rising Coordinators (EVVO Coordinators) at kindergartens. The object of the thesis is to develop a competence model for an EVVO Coordinator at a kindergarten. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with roles that an EVVO Coordinator holds at a kindergarten. It defines the concept of a competence and identification and potential classification of competences. Moreover, the theoretical part describes individual phases of developing the competence model. The practical part of the thesis concerns with the development of the competence model for an EVVO Coordinator at a kindergarten. By means of structured questionnaire a comparison of the most common competencies of EVVO Coordinators and principals is drawn. Furthermore, a concept of additional competences is drafted. Finally, the practical part focuses on current extent of competences and application of the EVVO Coordinator's competence model at a kindergarten. Educational needs of headmasters at various school levels

The master's thesis "Educational needs of headmasters at various school levels" deals with education of headmasters of various school levels. In particular, it deals with educational needs of headmasters at kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools. The aim of the thesis is to find differences among educational needs of headmasters of various school levels and its mutual comparison. Theoretical part works with resources for identifying and comparison of educational needs. Those educational needs are in this thesis identified through "Competency model of the headmaster of the school". Headmasters of mentioned school levels specify required level of partial competencies and evaluate its real situation. Headmasters also have the possibility to bring their own proposal for type of educational need and provide also their recommendation for supplementation of current offer in the field of education. Research was realized through the form of questionnaire. Findings of the research brought, that educational needs of headmasters of secondary schools differ a lot from needs of headmasters of kindergartens and primary schools. Comparison of competency models of headmasters at elementary schools in Prague 10

The thesis deals with the comparison of the competency models of headmaster of elementary schools in Prague 10. The theoretical part explains the basic terms as "competency", "key competency" and compares the definitions of different scientific sources. It describes their structure as well as the life cycle. Further on the thesis deals with the competency models in general and primarily with the models of the managers of the schools. The role of the competency model is highlighted as well as its reasons and its implementation. In the practical part the thesis deals with the qualitative investigation where the author compares the competency models that were created by shadowing and some other additional methods. The competencies were evaluated on base of the criteria of the competency model created by I. Lhotkova (2012). The output of the investigation is a case study in which the differences of the headmaster competencies in Prague 10, with similar conditions of leading the schools and with similar support from founders, are described. Big discrepancy in the competencies were not proved, on the other hand similar issues were detected.
Competency model as a a tool for systematic training in the student organization

The aim of this thesis is to create a competency model for the jobs of new members of a student organization. The competency model is used to assemble a list of the types of educational activities that should be undertaken by the member in a half year frame after they start working on the new position in the organization. This goal is reflected by the structure of this thesis. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. In the first one, the reader is acquainted with the concepts of competence, employee education, competency model, and management through competencies. The knowledge of these terms and their meaning is crucial for the understanding of the domain of education management. The contents of the second chapter deal with the various methods of development and educational activities, the systematical education and its phases, and the creation of competency model in an organization. The knowledge that is presented in the theoretical part comes originally from the corporate environment. But there it was created to address the same problems that are also faced by educational organizations, and also by organizations in which the education of its members is one of their secondary goals. My thesis discusses competencies necessary for the profession of a stage actor and requirements and demands on such professionals. The aim of my thesis is creation of generic competency model of the profession of a stage actor, which could be useful to drama oriented theatre organizations in the Czech Republic. The thesis approaches the topic of competencies and competency approach in human resources and focuses on selected acting theories. On such theoretical foundations the competencies are identified through expert panel method and the generic competency model of acting profession is assembled. Demands on Competencies of Lectors of Adaptation Courses for High School

This Bachelor thesis discusses demands on competencies of lectors of adaptation courses for high schools. The object of the thesis is to assemble a list of competencies that a lector should dispose of to be able to attain the goals of the adaptation course. The thesis presents the concept of adaptation courses and differents ways of their realisation. It also disserts on the competencies and the advantage of their utilization and presents two competency models that concern the profession of an adaptation course lector. With the use of relevant literature it identifies the main goals and principles of an adaptation course and the competencies they imply. Educational needs of teachers in leisure education

The theme of the thesis is to identify the educational needs of teachers in leisure education. The theoretical part is focused on the identification and analysis of educational needs. It also focuses on staff training, their competencies and the use of competency approach to their education. The theoretical part concludes with a chapter on after-school education and the teachers' activities. The aim of the research is to identify the educational needs of these teachers and the specification of their competencies. The research section includes a survey carried out by the technique of unstructured written interviews. According to the analysis of the obtained information the competencies of teachers are specified and the competency model is created. The competency model can be used for the selection, evaluation and remuneration and other training of the teachers in after-school education. Identifying educational needs of teachers offers them themes and ideas for their professional training.
