Práce pojednává o kompetencích nezbytných pro výkon povolání divadelní herec/herečka a požadavcích a nárocích na pracovníky v tomto oboru. Cílem práce je vytvoření generického kompetenčního modelu divadelní herecké profese, vhodného pro využívání divadelními organizacemi činoherního zaměření v České republice. Práce přibližuje téma kompetencí a kompetenčního přístupu v personální praxi a věnuje se vybraným teoriím herectví. Na těchto teoretických základech jsou prostřednictvím metody panelu expertů identifikovány kompetence a sestaven generický kompetenční model herecké profese. Stanislavskij My thesis discusses competencies necessary for the profession of a stage actor and requirements and demands on such professionals. The aim of my thesis is creation of generic competency model of the profession of a stage actor, which could be useful to drama oriented theatre organizations in the Czech Republic. The thesis approaches the topic of competencies and competency approach in human resources and focuses on selected acting theories. On such theoretical foundations the competencies are identified through expert panel method and the generic competency model of acting profession is assembled.
