Motivation and Evaluation of Employees

The aim of this thesis is to uncover possible weaknesses in the company's motivation system and propose recommendations to improve the current situation. In the first part I combine theoretical knowledge concerning the issue of motivation, evaluation and rewarding of employees. In the second part I introduce the company, analyze the present system of motivation, evaluation and rewarding employees that the company uses and perform questionnaire survey. From the survey results, along with theoretical knowledge I will point out any shortcomings or errors and suggest recommendations that will contribute to improving the current situation.
Importance of particular regions of CNS in the development of opioid addiction

Opiods are used as the most powerful painkillers in the medicine. The mechanism of their effect is determined by binding to the opioids receptors located in the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. The opioids have high potential to develop addiction. Significance of psychical addiction belongs to losing control above using and compulsive desire to obtain drug of abuse to achieve certain psychical state. The somatic part is increase tolerance demonstrating need of dose increasing to achieve required effect. This thesis summarizes knowledge about particular regions of the central nervous system which participate on developing of addiction as ventral tegmental area, nucleus accumbens, locus coeruleus, ventral pallidum and amygdala. It seems that main role in developing of addiction acts the mesolimbic reward system which relates with increased release of dopamine resulting in stimulation of the brain reward system.

This thesis presents the Balanced Scorecard methodology, which belongs to the most widely accepted way of measuring business performance. The work emphasizes the human resources sector and wants to highlight the role. Employees representing the most important capital of the modern organization must have an idea about the functioning of business in a deeper context. Their performance management and pay system connected with BSC of firm are essential to increase the firm's value. Automating the process at a higher number of employees is a must.
Proposal for Development of Motivational Programme of Selected Company

This bachelor thesis analyzes all elements of current motivational program in XY, a.s. company, its biggest competition and also the satisfaction of its employees using a questionnaire survey. Findings of this analysis have become the basis for proposing a number of changes or new solutions in this motivational program. This proposals will lead into decreasing the fluctuation at the active telemarketing operator’s position.

The aim of this dissertation thesis is to propose a new system of evaluation and subsequent remuneration in the company Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on the theory of motivation, employee evaluation and reward system. The practical part is based on the survey assessed the current system of motivation, evaluation and rewards and compared with the theoretical part. The conclusion includes suggestions that I recommend to improve the current system of remuneration in the company of Brněnské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s.

The goal of this bachelor´s study is connection of theme of employee motivation and employee benefits through the theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part, I general summarize the knowledge, which were written in professional publications, where are explained the definitions of motivation, sources of motivation, theories of motivation. This part will be finished by summary of facts about reward system by benefits, I also explain the advanatages and disadvantages of benefits, which are essential to employee satisfaction. I will continue by practical part. At first I introduce selected company and afterwards I will analyze employee satisfaction in company Henkel s.r.o. by data from the questionnaires, fulfilled by employees of Henkel CZ. I will study if the employees are motivated right and also remunerated by packet fo benefits.
System of Employee Benefits in Human Resource Management

The bachelors thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefits in connection with the motivation and human resource management in selected company and also with the suggestion for future changes. The practical part describes the particular organization and currently offered benefits. Subsequently the own research, conducted through questionnaires and uncontrolled in terview with a personnel of the company has been carried out. The acquired data then served to present the results and later the suggestions for improving the current system leading to higher satisfaction of employees have been made.

This Master's Thesis is focused on motivation and job satisfaction of employees in organizations of business and non-business sphere with an emphasis on the present situation in non-business organizations. The theoretical part is focused on the knowledge of the business and non-business organizations, motivation, job satisfaction and reward system. This knowledge is used in the practical part, where I do research among employees of The military office of social security. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the present motivation of The military office of social security's employees and suggest solutions to increase their motivation and job satisfaction. These proposals should also provide better position of employer in the labor market and higher competitivenes.
Comparison of systems of remuneration referees in the professional leagues

This thesis, which is divided into theoretical and analytical part, deals with the analysis of the remuneration of referees in professional basketball leagues in the U.S. and Europe. Consequently, it compares and evaluates these systems. In the theoretical section first it explains the rules of basketball and its popularity in the world compared to other sports. It mentions here about the two most prestigious competitions of the world basketball - the NBA and Euroleague. Analytical section begins with an explanation of the functions and work of a basketball referees. There is also explained the process of how to become a basketball referee. After that, it analyzes the two options of their remuneration system on the example of Czech basketball league NBL and American league NBA. It also compares these different evaluation systems. Referees had a chance to say their opinion through interviews and questionnaires, which is summarized in the penultimate chapter of the analytical work. In the last chapter it presents a SWOT analysis of the American way of remuneration of arbitrators and the possibility of its application to the European competitions.
