Cílem diplomové práce je návrh vhodných změn současného motivačního systému v gastronomickém podniku. Tyto změny by měly vést blíže k celkové spokojenosti zaměstnanců, ke kvalitnější komunikaci v interpersonálních vztazích na pracovišti, ke zvýšení pracovní motivace a výkonnosti zaměstnanců. The aim of the thesis is the suggestion of appropriate amendments to the current motivation system in a gastronomic enterprise. These changes should lead closer to overall staff satisfaction, better quality of communication in interpersonal workplace relations, to increase work motivation and employee performance.
