Individualized support of pupils with ASD in education

This diploma thesis is focuses on the individualization of the education of pupils with autism spectrum disorder in the education. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis describes and defines autism spectrum disorders, nemely chilhood autism, atypical autism, Asperger's and Rett's syndrome and disintigration disorder in childhood. The theoretical part od the work is also focused on the principles and methods used in the education of pupils with ASD. The theoretical part also describes support measures that are closely related to the education of students with autism spectrum disorders. The practical part of this diploma thesis is focused mainly on the education of pupils with ASD in compulsory distance education, which occurred as a result of the epidemic of the spread of COVID-19. This bachelor thesis entitled Support measures in the process of inclusive education of pupils with mild intellectual disability deals with the use of support measures for pupils with mild intellectual disability in inclusive education. The aim of the thesis is to find out what form of support teachers provide in mainstream schools to pupils with mild intellectual disability beyond the support measures recommended by school counselling facilities, what support measures are most often recommended for pupils with mild intellectual disability by school counselling facilities and what form of support teachers use for the best possible integration of a pupil with a mild intellectual disability into the class group. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic terms (mental disability, inclusive education and support measures). Comprehensive support for disadvantaged students hospitalized in the department of child and adolescent psychiatry

The diploma thesis deals with the comprehensive support of disadvantaged pupils in the department of child and adolescent psychiatry and primary school at the hospital. The aim of the research was to analyze the level of current pedagogical, health and therapeutic support for disadvantaged hospitalized pupils and to recommend measures to increase the effectiveness of provided care. In the theoretical part, support measures and the counseling system of pupils with special educational needs were generally described. In the practical part, partial goals of the research survey were set, which were to determine the degree of effectiveness of cooperation between medical and school staff providing the educational process of hospitalized pupils. The method of social research was used in this work. For the purpose of obtaining necessary information, a form of questioning a small research sample was used, which consisted of nurses and special pedagogues of this facility. The output of this work is a modification of the cooperation of all participants and their interpersonal and intrapersonal attitude to the care provided to hospitalized students.

Promoting of early intervention for the inclusion of a visually impaired child to kindergarten

The diploma thesis is focused on the support of early intervention in the inclusion of a visually impaired child into kindergarten. The work describes the development of a child with visual impairment at an early age. It also focuses on early care providing support to families with children with visual or combined disabilities, pre-school education and the support from a special education center. The aim of the work was to find out what is important for the parents of a visually impaired child when choosing a kindergarten, whether the inclusion is in accordance with the legislation and whether a multidisciplinary team participates in the support. As part of the research survey, qualitative research, aimed at monitoring family support for the inclusion of a visually impaired child in kindergarten by early care, was carried out. The results show that for families when choosing a kindergarten, it is most important to obtain information about the possibilities of including a child. Application of supportive measures in the education of pupils with dysgraphia from the perspective of teachers at the second stage of primary school

Diploma thesis deals with application of supportive measures in the education of pupils with dysgraphia from the perspective of teachers at the second stage of primary school. It aims to a recommendation that a teacher can support provided to students with dysgraphia. It will bring teachers' insight into the use of selected support measures for pupils with dysgraphia. The theoretical part of the description of the education of pupils with special educational needs, especially with a focus on support measures, further recording of problems with learning disabilities, where there is more space for imprisonment of dysgraphia and application of support measures for pupils with dysgraphia at the 2nd level. The empirical part contains qualitative research, which enables methods of semi-structured interview. Subsequently, it is possible to analyze the data using open coding. Research questions and formulation recommendations that may be available in practice are answered. The thesis is devoted to inclusion in preschool education with a focus on the child's family. The theoretical part deals with inclusive education, defines the basic concepts, related legislation, describes the benefits and risks of inclusion in the light of current knowledge. Attention is paid not only to the characteristics of pre-school education, but also to the inclusion of children with special educational needs in kindergarten. A separate chapter deals with the issue of the family of a disabled child and also describes some aspects of the cooperation of the family with the nursery school. The family plays a vital role in the development of the child, so the family context in which the child grows up is also essential for understanding the child's individuality and developmental needs.
