Problems of inventories in the real production company

Thesis covers problems related to the reporting of the inventories. Problematic areas are sold according to the effective Czech accounting legislation and based on the international accounting standards IFRS and US GAAP. Theoretical findings are compared with the accounting policies of the Czech production company. Attention is paid primarily on the influence of the estimation and the manner of the reporting of the inventories upon the financial statements.

Problems of the Ageing Priest on the Example of the Parson Martin Vich

Thesis deales with the topics of the ageing priest. Its theoretical part turns to the problems of life in the elderly in general. It defines concepts of old age, ageing. It discribes changes in ageing, and necessities of elderly people. It specifies ageing priest, and it indicates posibilities of solutions. Main practical part of the thesis concretizes this problem on the example of the parson Martin Vích {--} Martin was pries and spiritual administrator in parish Dobrš. This part describes last part of his life in Dobrš, consecutive stay in Domov klidného stáří sv. Anny in Sousedovice, (home for elderly people), and his stay in terapeutic community Sananim in Němčice. This thesis shows ageing priest, and specifics of this life on the real example. It uses learned knowledge to the general character of ageing.

Firm culture and its influence on motivation of firm's workers.

Bc. Jiří Zika Abstract The Diploma Thesis deals with the subject of firm culture and its influence on the motivation. It is focused especially on the analysis of firm culture and on the influence of firm culture on motivation. In this time is firm culture relatively well established field, and so this work is trying to point out the major approaches of firm culture. It analyses the known theories of motivation and then it deals with the links of firm culture and motivation. The influence of firm culture on motivation of workers working on business license is examined in the company, which deals with selling of real estates. This influence is being described especially by the influence of the elements of firm culture on the complete motivation and on different aspects of motivation as well. This work in its final form brings the reader an integrated view on firm culture, motivation and their interrelationship. It is focused especially on the influence of firm culture on motivation. The results of this work bring the information, that even under the conditions which are not favourable for firm culture it is possible to work relatively well on firm culture and its enforcement across the firm. Absolute constructions with infinitive In Spanish and their Czech equivalents

The topic of the thesis is absolute constructions with the infinitive in Spanish and their Czech equivalents. The work is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part is to define general characteristics of absolute constructions with the infinitive, their formal classification in the system of non-finite clauses and theoretical analysis of selected prepositional phrases with infinitive: a (al), de, con, por, sin, tras, antés de and después de. The practical part is focused on the confrontation of theoretical assumptions with the real texts: whether written works or the oral records. For the statistic data there were used the online resourcese - parallel Czech-Spanish corpus InterCorp and Spanish monolingual corpus CREA.

The issue of eternal clause in connection with the theory of Francis Fukuyma

Diploma thesis "The issue of eternal clause in connection with the theory of Francis Fukuyama" deals with existence and meaning of eternal clause. It tries to find connection between eternal clause and theory of Francis Fukyama about end of history. Eternal clause is article or articles, which take out basic elements of liberal democracy from disposition of majority in parliament. So the main meaning of eternal clause is to defend these elements against democracy itself. Diploma thesis deals with historical development of countries, which have eternal clause and by this, it tries to find link between these countries. In second part, diploma thesis deals with function and importance of eternal clause in example of Czech eternal clause, which is the most specific. It discusses status and power of eternal clause and outlines theoretical problems connected with eternal clause in Czech Republic. At the end diploma thesis focuses on theory of Francis Fukuyama about end of history. It focuses on critics of Fukuyama's theory and tries to find connection between his theory and eternal clause. The diploma thesis deals with the idea that the existence of eternal clause can be consider as real base for Fukayama's theory about end of history.

The Development of Real Property Regulation in the Czech Lands in 19th and 20th centuries

Development of the Real Property Law Regulation in Czech Lands in 19th and 20th centuries The purpose of my master degree thesis is to analyse the development of legal regulation in the field of real property law in the Czech lands between years 1800 and 2000. There is several reasons for my research which are specified in the thesis's Preface: the fact I am very interested in everything what is connected with the legal aspects of real property questions, my original profession (having secondary school education in construction domain - and construction is a real property according to the valid Czech legal form) and influence of the denial of certain general principles of property law in the Czechoslovakia in the past to my family. The thesis is composed of ten chapters, each of them describing the legal regulation of the real property law in different historical period of time. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic characteristics of real property law in the past, beginnings of its concept as a fundamental human right and specificities of the soil including mentioning the exclusive Czech legal institute buildings being a real property. Chapter Two shows the essential institutes of legal relations to the real properties from the beginnings of Czech statehood (feudalism and absolutism times)...

Drug Problems in Ostrožská Nová Ves from the Perspective of the Inhabitants - Comparison with the Real Situation

The aim of my work is to show the problems of drug abuse in the village Ostrožská Nová Ves. In the main part I try to analyse the results of my research made among the inhabitants of the village during July and August 2006. I also add some information about the situation gained thanks to interviews with two specialists - Mr. Petr Voráč, a policeman of the police department in Uherské Hradiště who specializes in the problems of drug abuse, and Mrs. Jana Nohalová, a social worker and head of the social department in Uherské Hradiště. Except their ideas I also used the statistics of the Czech police and the region Zlín. In my work I compare this information with the results of my research. IPv6 support in smaller Internet service provider.

This work is aimed at new Internet protocol version 6. This protocol is firstly described generally. Then I have intoduced several common, generally respected IPv6 transition. The last part is oriented on real transition model, which is described on company from Rakovnik. This company figured as local Internet service provider. This solution includes individual phase of transition, opinions and evaluation from my colleagues and also timetable and financial plan. The model, which I think out could be available for most of smaller internet service providers.

The aim of the theses was to analyse the complexity of term corporate social responsibility from historical and present point of view, to occupy with individual principles of corporate social responsibility and to reflect) the present situation. Theses brings to the theoretical definition of corporate social responsibility and its situation in European Union, following view of reasons into social responsibility of companies, its motivational factors, and finally CSR trends. Give attention to individual fields of profitable and non-profitable sectors approaching cooperational problems of these sectors. Offers and keep an eye on analysis, measurable index, reporting social responsible business, where further theses deals with real state of social responsible business and also perceptions to resident. Give attention to practical person involved the implementation of principles of corporate social responsibility to corporate strategy. The accent was existent for description the complexity conception of structure and give the easy way of concept for applied to exploitation.
