Solving Problems with Primary School Pupils (with a View to the Strategy "Guessing the Answers")

The goal of this diplima thesis is deseription and analysis of guessing stratégy at school during teaching. It is focused on the reasons of using this stratégy and its influence by a teacher. The text has two passages - the theoretical one and the empirie one. The theoretical part is done in context with the empirie data. We are mostly interested in the research, but the theory is important for understanding the context. The guessing stratégy here is compared with "Trial and error" stratégy, heuristic of "Generate and try" and "Heuristic exploration" and Bruneťs stratégy of "Focus gambling". The result of comparison these strategies with the guessing stratégy is our own defenition - producing some answers in problém situation involving schoolwork. The problém situation is construed as a necessity of making some performance. Empirie research is divided into three parts. Experimental data are from the elementary school. All these parts are particularly based on observetion of a contexts where the guessing stratégy was used. Some data were obtained by a quasiexperiment and by a short questinoary for teachers.

Community property of spouses

Cílem této práce bylo přehledně vyložit platnou a navrhovanou právní úpravu institutu společné jmění manželů, zamyslet se nad jeho fungováním v praxi a na základě poznatků ze studia této problematiky se rovněž pokusit obě právní úpravy komplexně zhodnotit. Mým úkolem nebylo detailně se zaobírat obecnými zásadami, na nichž bude nový civilní kodex vybudován, ani podrobně rozebírat důvody, které vedou zákonodárce k záměru zcela přehodnotit dosavadní koncepci jak občanského zákoníku, tak celého soukromého práva. Takový výklad by přesahoval rozsah a možnosti mé diplomové práce, proto jsem se zaměřila jen na úpravu otázek týkajících se majetkových vztahů mezi manžely. Svá stanoviska jsem zaujímala vždy s výkladem příslušné materie v jednotlivých kapitolách, proto se v následujících řádcích omezím již jen na stručné shrnutí objasňující potřebu přijetí nové legislativní úpravy. Optimální způsob právní úpravy manželských majetkových vztahů se hledá jen obtížně, stejně tak jako je velmi obtížná a složitá samotná problematika týkající se institutu SJM. Taková úprava by nepochybně neměla být příliš komplikovaná, zbytečně podrobná či nesrozumitelná, jelikož by tak mohla vést až k negativnímu hodnocení manželství jako takového. The means of acceptability in Czech children's magazines

This thesis surveys the supply o f children's and young people's magazines available on market in the Czech Republic. On basis o f selected samples, the work analyses employed means o f acceptability. The issue is discussed in context o f magazines as a commodity. The study points out the fact that in the present day when safety of many ordinary goods is being scrutinised, there is no mechanism monitoring the quality o f this particular product. That is why this treatise emphasizes the importance o f media education. A focused endeavour toward medial literacy o f children and young people is the only means to a quality improvemem o f magazines on offer. The thesis is closely linked to practical research and offers tangible proposals o f utilizing magazines in preschool and school education. It also fosters an ambition to become a "manual" for parents and educators when selecting suitable magazines for children and young people.

Název práce: Cervikogenní bolesti hlavy Title of thesis: Cervicogenic headache / Úvod: Cervikogenní bolesti hlavy jsou relativně běžným, nicméně v mnoha ohledech velmi kontroverzním typem bolestí hlavy, vycházejícím ze struktur krku a krční páteře. Diferenciální diagnostika má v praxi z d~vodu významného překrývání klinických příznak~ s dalšími typy chronických intermitentních bolestí hlavy značná úskalí. Cíl práce: Shromáždění dostupných informací týkajících se epidemiologie, patofyziologie, diferenciální diagnostiky a terapie cervikogenních bolestí hlavy a podání uceleného a nejaktuálnějšího náhledu českých a zahraničních odborník~ na toto téma. V rámci toho ověření uvedených hypotéz. Metoda řešení: Rešeršní zpracování získaných informací z dostupných informačních zdroj~ - oborových bibliografií, referátových časopis~, online a offline databází, katalog~ knihoven, webových stránek, významných monografií, periodik (titul~ odborných časopis~, elektronických konferencí, novin, bulletin~ a ročenek), diplomových, rigorózních a disertačních prací. Involuntary admission to psychiatry departments

The translated thesis deals with the topic of admission to psychiatry departments without the patient consent, which is a so called involuntary admission and involuntary treatment. The teoretical part mentions briefly how social and ethic norms leading to the creation and respecting patient rights have been developing. Basic documents establishing patient rights are indicated, including the right to accept or refuse treatment. Next, there is a description of the history of psychiatry hospitalization without the patient consent and the development of legal rules in the field of involuntary hospitalization. The following chapters are concerned with the incidence of involuntary admission cases. Descriptions of elementary terms referring to the informed consent and hospitalization without patient consent can be found as well. The applied part is focused on a more delailed analysis of some rules of law. It mainly compares Convention on Biomedicine with existing national legislation and deals with the application of the regulations resulting from the Convention on Biomedicine into routine. Organizational climate and job satisfaction

Organizační klima a zvláště klima v pracovní skupině je důležité pro pracovní život člověka, pro jeho pracovní motivaci, pro pracovní vztahy a spolupráci s druhými lidmi, pro jeho vztah k práci i k organizaci. Práce je významnou hodnotou mnoha lidí, jejím prostřednictvím lidé uspokojují mnohé své potřeby a naplňují své představy. V této souvislosti je významným ukazatelem pracovního života pracovní spokojenost člověka. Pracovní spokojenost či nespokojenost se promítá v zájmu člověka o práci i organizaci, působí na pracovní chování a na stabilizaci pracovníků. Z těchto důvodů jsou oba tyto fenomény velmi důležitými prvky řízení organizace, které mohou výrazně působit na její fungování a výsledky. Ke zpracování předložené disertační práce "Organizační klima a pracovní spokojenost" mě vedly dva hlavní důvody. Prvním důvodem byla pociťovaná potřeba širšího teoretického zpracování problematiky organizačního klimatu a pracovní spokojenosti a potřeba reflektovat velmi "uvolněné" užívání těchto pojmů v poradenské i řídící praxi, se kterým se již dlouhá léta setkávám. Druhým důvodem tematického zaměření práce je můj profesní zájem, kterým je problematika řízení lidí. The thesis set a goal discover by observation difference between the educational process at ordinary basic school and the educational process at basic school by children's home. Within an educational process the author has been comparing both of types of schools. The theoretical part of thesis defines the educational process and specifics of education of children with behaving disorders. The qualitative research has used to achievement a goal. There have methods of observation and interview used in research. Knowledges and results of research can be exploited to improvement of quality of the educational process in practice.

Gluten-free diet in the training of students from hotel school and apprenticeship cook-waiter.

Gluten-free diet is a concept inflected in the media in recent years very often. This thesis is devoted to exploring whether and how the theme of "gluten-free diet" is put in theoretical and practical training for students and trainees of Secondary School and Higher Vocational School of Tourism (Vyšší odborné školy cestovního ruchu) in České Budějovice, subjects focused on gastronomy. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of celiac disease, gluten-free meals, legislation dealing with the labeling of allergens (gluten). There are also discussed the eating problems of patients with gluten-free diet in restaurants and canteens. In the practical part there search has been conducted to determine how students are familiarized with this theme, what knowledge they have and whether they can use it in practice. The survey was conducted through a question naire survey, observation in the lessons and the analysis of used literature. Graphic design with commentaries was chosen to evaluate the qualitative survey questionnaires.

Verifying the standadrds of low-threshold facilites for childern and youth in Prague 2006

Předložená bakalářská práce přímo navazuje na výzkum diplomové práce H. Solařové, která se tímto tématem zabývala v roce 2003. Výzkum byl zopakován po dvou letech za užití stejné metodologie. Za tuto dobu se počet NZDM zvýšil, výzkum byl tedy proveden jak v "původních" zařízeních zařazených do výzkumu v roce 2003, tak u nově vzniklých NZDM. Byly zachovány stejné cíle - zjistit jak jsou Standardy NZDM v praxi dodržovány, jestli se k nim zařízení hlásí a co si o nich myslí samotní pracovníci. K těmto cílům byl přidán navíc cíl srovnat získaná data s rokem 2003. Samotná práce je členěna na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je členěna do 10 kapitol a je zaměřena na podrobný popis problematiky NZDM a témata, která s problematikou NZDM úzce souvisejí. Mezi tato témata bylo zařazeno téma volného času z hlediska jeho naplňování dětmi a mládeží, dále problematika dospívání, která se úzce dotýká cílových skupin NZDM a téma prevence rizikového chování, v němž mají NZDM jasné a nezastupitelné místo. Podrobný popis problematiky NZDM se soustředí na jasné definování a vymezení NZDM jako sociální služby, na definování cílové skupiny na niž jsou NZDM Literatura 60 orientována.
