- Agency employment The name of my diploma thesis is the agency employment. Nowadays, the institute of agency employment is a widespread phenomenon on the labour market. It is a very popular institution for employees as well as for employers, which is being changed under the demand of society needs and according to valid legislation. I have chosen this topic due to its timeliness and flexibility with which the agency employment reacts to the growing unemployment rate. Since the capacity of the agency employment is very vast, this diploma thesis aims to approach the fundamental issues and concepts relating to it. The thesis is divided into 6 chapters dealing with different aspects of agency employment. The first chapter provides the basic notions of agency employment, defines key terms associated to it. The second chapter focuses on the historical development of agency employment. It also outlines the view of international adjustment of agency employment, gives a short excursion into European legislation and provides an approach of the valid legislation in the Czech Republic. Optimization of separation and quantification of prospective products of big bang

The thesis is a contribution to research aimed at modeling the conditions of the Big Bang and monitoring possible reaction products. As the starting compounds were selected 2- amino-1-butanol, 3-methoxy-1-propanol, 2-methyl-1-butanol, formamide, some of which were subsequently bombarded by PALS at J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physics, Academy of Sciences. Gas chromatography hyphenated with mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography with UV detection were used for analysis. In GC-MS, calibration of 3- methoxy-1-propanol and 2-methyl-1-butanol was carried out and LOD and LOQ were calculated. Comparison of 3-methoxy-1-propanol and bombarded 3-methoxy-1-propanol did not show the emergence of new products since 3-methoxy-1-propanol was in excess. The found compounds can be more likely identified as impurities present in a solvent or in the individual standards. The optimized HPLC system has managed to separate the three standards. Formamide, which is unsuitable for analysis by gas chromatography, due to its high polarity, however, eluted in all tested systems with system peak (the dead time marker). Nevertheless, the bombarded sample was analyzed for comparison with the original standard. Comparison, however, showed no reaction products in the bombarded sample. Protective sexological treatment and related issues

Summarry The presented thesis deals with Protective sexological treatment and with topic related issues, discusses in detail the anchoring of the Institute of protective treatment in the legislation of the Czech Republic (the substantive and procedural page), which is a better outline of the whole problem with the use and knowledge of forensic disciplines such as forensic psychiatry, forensic sexology and psychology. Protective treatment is an institute of criminal law, one of the types of protective measures, forms irreplaceable part of the czech system of criminal sanctions. Purpose of storing and exercise protective treatment is protection of society from dangerous offenders, who have committet acts harmful to society on the basis of mental disorder, sexual deviance, reliance on alcohol or ain addictive substances, and therapeutic effects on the personality of the offender in the sense minimization their dangerousness for the future. Succession of vegetation on dumps around the town of Kladno

The rate and directions of spontaneous vegetation succession in relation to enviromental factors such as successional age, vegetation occuring in the surroundings, distance of studied plots from the edge of a dump, orientation to the cardinal points and the angle of the slope was studied in 19 spoil heaps from black coal mining around the town of Kladno, Czech Republic. The dumps ranged in age from 10 to more then 100 years since abandonment. Vegetation categories in the surroundings, age and angle of the slope significantly influenced the course of the succession, which led to a formation of either shrubwood or woodland with especially Acer platanoides , A. pseudoplatanus and Tilia cordata, including the invasive species Robinia pseudacacia. Based on the results it was concluded that technical reclamation is unsuitable for the dumps except for small parts where native species of trees can be planted or for the slopes that need to be protected against erosion. Topic: Presence and efficiency of three-points shooting attempts reliant on perimeter prolongation (in Czech Women basketball League) Aim: The aim of my bachelor's thesis to find out frequency and success rate of 3-points shots in two following seasons in Woman Basketball league (ŽBL) during basic parts of these two seasons. In the first season was perimeter prolongation introduced. On the basis of statistical survey follows comparison of these results. Primary aim is creating statistical analysis, which should show the influence of perimeter prolongation to 3-points shooting among teams in Woman Basketball league (ŽBL). Methods: Taking into consideration quantitative survey, my dissertation work was based on methods of secondary information collecting, that implies (which means) secondary statistical analysis and observation with taking records down. Protection of a child in the Czech Republic

Závěr Téma ochrany práv dítěte v České republice má poměrně široký rozsah. Ve své práci jsem se věnovala vedle historického vývoje práv dítěte jednotlivým pramenům práv dítěte jednak na úrovni mezinárodní a evropské, jednak českým pramenům, a to zejména s důrazem na Úmluvu OSN o právech dítěte, která tvoří jejich základ. Další část práce podává výklad o nejvýznamnějších právních institutech, o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a institucích, které zajišťují prosazování a ochranu práv dětí. Dítě je subjektem práv, nikoli jejich objektem. Je nutné, aby mělo možnost aktivní účastni na procesech, které se ho dotýkají. Není tedy jen předmětem, k němuž se vztahuje jednání rodičů nebo jiných dospělých, ale je aktivním účastníkem právního vztahu. Dítě má právo v závislosti na své duševní a rozumové vyspělosti rozhodovat o otázkách, které se ho bezprostředně dotýkají. Dítě jako každá lidská bytost má svou hodnotu, důstojnost a základní práva, navíc vzhledem ke svému tělesnému i duševnímu vývoji, bezbrannosti a zranitelnosti potřebuje zvláštní péči, pomoc, ochranu, porozumění a lásku. V současné době je věnována zvýšená pozornost právním otázkám postavení dítěte. K právům dítěte je přistupováno dvěma způsoby, jednak tzv. liberálním, jednak tzv. ochranářským. RESUMÉ Architektura a urbanismus v Turnově v letech 1900-1938 Autor: Petra Ulbrych Pavienská Zmapováním architektury a urbanismu, v tomto směru dosud opomíjeného města, které vzhledem ke své velikosti dosáhlo značného ekonomického růstu, byl potvrzen individuální charakter regionu s jeho závislostí na přírodních a kulturně historických podmínkách. Na základě širších souvislostí je v práci zmapována veřejná i soukromá turnovská architektura mezi léty 1900-1938 a je sestaven katalog výrazných realizací včetně popisu a případného stylového zařazení. U většiny staveb jsou nastíněny okolnosti jejich vzniku s dobovými reakcemi, což nám napomohlo k pochopení smýšlení a mentality občanů Turnova. V rámci badatelské činnosti jsou rovněž odkryty některé nové skutečnosti, jako například přiřazení nerealizovaných Chocholových plánů k obchodnímu domu Hermana a Palmy. Pohled turnovských stavitelů a architektů na soudobé umělecké dění v centrech české architektury byl vnímavý a citlivý, nestačil ovšem k tomu, aby prostřednictvím jejich tvorby vznikaly pokrokové myšlenky, nebo aby alespoň participovali na aktuálních myšlenkách doby. Education by reading and education towards reading

Tématem práce je výchova dětí, mládeže, dospělých a starých lidí k četbě, a také snaha o výchovu těchto skupin pomocí četby. Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění stavu a způsobů čtenářské výchovy v České republice. Jednotlivé způsoby výchovy se od sebe liší v závislosti na věku jedinců, na způsobu výchovy v rodině a ve škole. Dalším faktorem ovlivňujícím čtenářskou výchovu je způsob chování v dospělosti a schopnost začlenění se do sociálních skupin. Praktickou částí diplomové práce jsou dotazníky vytvořené pro žáky 1. - 5. tříd základních škol. K vyhodnocení nejsou použity grafy, vzhledem k tomu, že bylo částečně použito i otevřených otázek, a proto i statistiky jsou zpracovány pouze částečně.

Online Marketing Tools and their Effectiveness

The diploma thesis deals with internet marketing tools, the tools of own web pages and the tools of internet advertising. In connection with growing importance of internet marketing arises question how effective are internet marketing tools and what are their benefits. This thesis compares benefits and effectiveness to a sample of internet marketing tools based on the branch metrics and based on a Return On Investment. The research includes 10 apllied tools of internet marketing from 12 described in a theoretical part. The thesis showes different effectivity and benefits for a different internet marketing tools while the method of the research could be also different according to the specific internet marketing tool.
