Effective Instructional Strategies
Starý, Karel ; Walterová, Eliška (advisor) ; Janík, Tomáš (referee) ; Stuchlíková, Iva (referee)
The main aim of this work is to clarify the concept of educational effectiveness. In the theoretical part we first of all describe different conceptualizations of effectiveness. Then we focus on the "processual effectiveness" rather than the "result effectiveness" of the learning in lien with the Czech science literature. Searching for the optimal school instruction which engage student learning is the next step. We focus on three key factors and we try to explain their principles. In our concept an effective instruction arises when students understand and adopt the instructional objectives (setting objectives), learn actively (activity) and finally they reveal the meaning in the topic (meaningfulness). The qualitative factors mentioned above were put through the time factor and thus we tried to design a model o f the effective instruction. We identify five crucial stages of a lesson: setting objectives, activating prior knowledge, understanding the topic, retention of knowledge and concluding reflection. These stages create an effective learning cycle as a part of a learning spiral. For every stage we give some examples of particular instructional strategies and methods. Alena Andruško Supervisor: Prof. JUDr. Dr. iur. h. c. Jan Kříž, CSc. Field of Study: Civil Law Theoretical Legal Science Year: 2015 ABSTRACT Copyright law is one of the branches of law that has become, with the development of the Internet, the center of interest for different types of stakeholders in the global information society. With the evolution of "Web 2.0", sometimes called the "Participative Web", represented by user-generated content (UGC), and also with the evolution of peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing and recently cyberlockers, the effectiveness of copyright protection online has become a problem where solutions can be found only with difficulty. Online copyright infringement is a complex phenomenon with a multiplicity of contributing factors. The Theology and the Spirituality of the Eucharist adoration in the Doctrine and the Protession of the Church atte the Seconnd Vatican Council In this work I proceed from interpretation of Eucharist and Eucharistic reverence as it is stated in the Council and After-council documents of Magisteria. The first chapter is devoted to a conception of Eucharist as a thanks giving, praise, sacrifice, remembrance and feast. As a precondition of Eucharist reverence I also add a sub heading about a presence of Christ in Eucharist. In the second chapter, for better understanding of the after-council development, I firstly submit a brief summary of Eucharist reverence in history of church until the Second Vatican Council. Afterwards I focused on the Council and After-council documents of Magisteria, which are dedicated to a theme of Eucharistic reverence. These documents mainly emphasize the association of Eucharist adoration with a celebration of Eucharist, from which adoration and actually all manifestations of Eucharist reverence come from and again lead back to. A treatise of a different means of Eucharistic reverence and its criteria then follows this part. The third chapter is dedicated to a spirituality of adoration. Generic Unpacker of Executable Files
Milkovič, Marek ; Hynek, Jiří (referee) ; Matula, Peter (advisor)
Executable files packing is a process used for compression or protection of these files. The behavior of the packed executable file is difficult to analyze, therefore the packed file needs to be unpacked at first. This work deals with the design and implementation of a generic unpacker that is part of the decompilation chain in the AVG's Retargetable Decompiler. The goal of this work is to create the generic unpacker of executable files, which would be easily extensible, platform and architecture independent, and its ouput would be decompilable. The heuristic analyses are proposed and implemented to achieve the decompilability of the ouput. The results are comparable with the other unpackers used in practice.
