The target of this thesis is creating an mashup aplication for planning trip, which combines dates from more sources. The thesis contains theoretic informations of problems concerned about the topic so it is focused on explication of notion Web 2.0, then it is focused on acquaint with mashup applications and their types and on desription of characterizations of RIA applications and their technologies. It is not omitted even an acquaint with implementing technology Silverlight, that is dedicated relatively a lot of place in this thesis. The other part of thesis contains single period of development of application. The chapters describes an analysis of entering, the proposal, a brief description of implementation and testing. The finish of the thesis is dedicated to estimation and thinking of pertinent enlargement of application in the future.

Application of LED in Lighting Technology

Bachelor's thesis deals with basic principles of Light-Emitting Diodes, their supplying, characterization of these light sources in relation to application in luminaires, possibilities of application in standard practice and economical contribution of LED technology. It's mainly drawn from internet sources to this topic because manufacturers and distributors of lighting technology like Osram, Siteco, Philips, Bergquist, Cree, LEDfield and other companies provide a lot of catalogs with technical parameters and examples of applications on their webs.

Contextual advertising Google AdWords

The diploma thesis deals with contextual advertising with a view to Google AdWords. The aim of the thesis is to build a Google AdWords account for a non-profit organization TJ Sokol and to evaluate successfulness as well as potential of these form of advertising in non-profit organizations. In theoretical framework there is a definition of contextual advertising, briefly described its history, principle, advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore there are various contextual advertising systems in Czech Republic compared to each other. The thesis focuses in detail on Google AdWords system description from the initial account creation to its basic parts -- campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads and conversions. This part also deals with the connection to web analytical service Google Analytics. The account creation for non-profit organization TJ Sokol is described in practical section of the thesis. The preparations which needed to be done, account development and account optimization are mentioned in this section as well. Final Google AdWords performance evaluation is generalized to small non-profit organizations and general recommendations for effective and successful ad campaigns are made based on this evaluation.

Accessibility evaluation tools analysis according to U.S. law Section 508

The main goal of this thesis is a comparison of tools used for web page accessibility evaluation, mainly their ability to find an accessibility issues defined in US law Section 508 paragraph § 1194.22 Web-based intranet and internet information and applications. A new web page created for the tool analysis, which contains accessibility issues described in paragraph § 1194.22, has been used to evaluate how many issues the tool can find. Based on the analysis results every tool is scored and the final ranks are decided. The results of the analysis and the final ranks are the main outcome of this thesis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes accessibility in detail and introduces the main dissabilities affecting their ability to use computers. A detailed description of all Section 508 rules is present as well. It consists of translation of every rule into czech language, short description of the rule's meaning and points when the rule is met. The practical part describes the test web page, analysis proces and results in detail.

The role of women in contemporary Czech neo-Nazi movement

This graduate thesis is focused on the role of women in the Czech neonazist movement. It explores an approach of women and their organizations to gender roles and the position of women in the neonazist movement. From the gender point of view it analyses access of women to the movement, activism of separate organizations and documents of the neonazist organization " Resistance Women Unity". Thesis is based on the synthesis of available literature on this topic and authentic findings and original research of the author. The theoretical part of the thesis starts with the introduction of women's role in the national socialist ideology and the society of the German Reich, because national socialism in its original form represents a relevant reference framework for a neonazism movement. In the following part the author completely describes the development and the origin of women's neonazist organizations in the Czech Republic after year 1989 including extremely active Women Side - National Resistance Supporters and Resistance Women Unity. At the end of the theoretical part he compares and evaluates existing researches on this topic and he polemizes with their conclusions, especially with the ways how women join the movemets. Relevance Assessment of Selected Sustainability Indicators

Sustainable development research makes use of various indicators for environmental monitoring without really focusing on quality and comparability of these indicators. This paper tries to lay down method of assessment of one of these indicators - the relevance. My method will be used for evaluating the indicators of ECI set - European Common Indicators, ten indicators of the Sustainable Urban Development, established by European Commission in cooperation with European cities. My method of evaluating the indicators is based on searching the keywords. One set of the keywords was specified for each indicator of ECI set and several sets of the keywords were specified for every indicator's theme. I collected data to establish three types of relevance - public, scientific and political relevance. Data for the public relevance were searched on World Wide Web by search engine Google, data for the scientific relevance were searched in the Google Scholar database and data for Political Relevance were searched in several official documents related to sustainable development. Title: Field Trip Activities to iQpark Author: Blanka Zajacová Department: Department of Physics Education Supervisor: RNDr. Martina Kekule, PhD., Department of Physics Education Abstract: This thesis deals with preparation of physically oriented worksheets and methodical sheets for pupils and teachers of secondary and high schools who visit the iQpark science centre. The theoretical part describes some teaching methods and forms and their classification. Further it sums up the results of research of materials for pupils and teachers that are published on the web sites of ten science centres in Europe and USA. Six physical field trip activities to iQpark for high school students and four for secondary school students were prepared as a part of the thesis. One worksheet for pupils and one methodical sheet for accompanying teachers were prepared for each field trip. A pilot study of the worksheets was carried out in cooperation with instructors of iQpark. 284 pupils from 20 different secondary schools and 407 students from 22 different high schools participated in the pilot study. Electronic Collection of Solved Problems in Electromagnetism - Electrostatics

This thesis is a follow-up to the bachelor thesis titled Electronic Collection of Solved Problems in Electromagnetism II. The rst goal of the thesis is to explore Electrostatics as a part of physics education at high school. The second goal of the thesis is to create solved tasks which would cover entire Electrostatics at high school level. These tasks are part of the electronic "Collection of Solved Problems in Physics" available at the web server of Department of Physics Education. The outcome of this thesis is 30 solved problems including hints, detailed solutions and suitable pictures. A few samples of these tasks are appended to the thesis. The third goal of the thesis is to make an analysis of existing collections of problems focused on electrostatics. Both printed and electronics collection were analyzed. On the basis of gained knowledge evaluation of suitability of various collections will be made.

On-line marketing forecast

This document deals with new on-line marketing developments and their forecast. It is divided into three parts, whereas the first one describes particular types of traditional advertisement media and assess their pro-and-con. It focuses also on methods that we are meet with in the on-line world technologies. The second part analyses new on-line marketing developments, outlines the ways and means that are provided by the newest technologies, shows the potential of social web sites and the possible ways to use the contests. It also deals with web TV and its benefits from the marketing point of view. The third part is to outline the development of the on-line marketing, namely related to the traditional media and under itself. The prognosis is made by own experiences, opinions of skilled managers and conferences that are concerned with this topic. At the end of the document there are the possible barriers for development of the online marketing including the legislative ones.
