Using of Networking in International Trade

The subject of this thesis is to find the most options for networking use in international trade. Business and social networking offers various options for its use. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the basic concept and also the two most important types of networking. Among the important part of the work also includes the advantages and disadvantages of networking. In the practical part, there is described in detail the process of creating its own account on the social portal LinkedIn and its subsequent use.

This thesis focuses on marketing options on the social network LinkedIn. The first chapter defines basic social networks and their marketing environment. The second chapter describes network LinkedIn in deatil. The third chapter presents briefly the company CertiCon, a.s. and it's previous activity on the network LinkedIn. The last chapter is an empiric part of the thesis, here are stated concrete changes in the company's LinkedIn profile.
Modern Communication and Social networks during working hours

This work consists of use of modern communication and social networks during the working hours of Czech employees. I mainly focus on networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn and those of competitive corporations such as Microsoft and Google. Having been introduced to the functionality of these networks, I took a further look into their practical use of employees. Within the frame of my scientific research I have come up with three hypotheses which were consequently compared with the results of my questionnaire which had been previously filled in by carefully chosen employees. The aim of these hypotheses was to find out which networks and for what purposes they were used by the employees in their working time. The last hypothesis was focused on the opinion of respondents on increase of efficiency of their work through these networks. The result of this research is that the employees use various networks for working and personal purposes in working time while they mainly use them for personal purposes. Majority of respondents is convinced that the communication networks would increase their working efficiency.
Social network LinkedIn and its role in recruitment

The thesis deals with social media in general, describes the basics of Human Resouces and recruitment process, its methods and types, social network LinkedIn and how it is used in recruitment. Applied research methodologies are questionnaire, interview and processing of professional literature. The objective of this work is to elucidate the social network LinkedIn and find out the level of its use for recruitment in companies and experience of its users.
Use of social networks for recruitment

This bachelor thesis deals with social networks and their use in recruitment process. The aim is to assess whether social networks can become the main method for recruitment, to find out recruiters' opinion on the use of social networks and to compare these findings with the period of three years ago. Finally, also to characterize the selected social networks and to compare their applicability. The theoretical part is devoted to the introduction of human resource management and recruitment. It also gives an overview of social networks, their history and statistics of today's use. Next part discusses the possibilities of social recruitment followed by analysis of social networks Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Practical part contains analysis of data obtained from interview and questionnaire study carried out among HR specialists. The results were compared to the same research conducted in 2012.

The bachelor thesis deals with social media and their influence on recruitment. The study describes the field of human resources, especially recruitment process. In another part of study are defined the basic social media and analyzed the ways of their use in the recruitment process. The aim of this study to characterize the selected media and assess whether they can become a major tool for recruitment.
The chosen instruments of recruiting and selection of the candidates in the present day

In this diploma thesis I describe the instruments of recruiting and selection of the candidates which include the classic format of the curriculum vitae and also social networks like LinkedIn and Facebook The thesis is divided into theoretical part, which is based on books and other online sources, where you can find the definitions of personnel work and management, but also the definition of a worker his working performance and his motivation. The important part explains different ways of recruiting the candidates and the description of instruments which are used, especially the CV and social networks. Analytical part is based on the questionnaire research about the structure and content of the CV according to the point of view of the recruiters. The second part is based in the interviews with recruiters about the usage of the social networks. In the conclusion, there is a summary of the results from the analytical part.
Social networks usage in enterprise resource planning

This diploma thesis focuses on the current social networks and their possible use in enterprise resource planning. The thesis is divided into several chapters where the first chapters explains the concept of social networks, their origin, history and development. Described are the principles of their operation and the advantages and disadvantages of using. The next chapter deals with the problem of enterprise resource planning, particularly their development and current trends, where you can certainly include the social CRM, which is currently very pronounced and which is in the area of business information systems a trend. After this theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which sets out the main objectives of the work, the assumption and the methodology is described. In this section, I deal with the analysis of the survey and confrontation hypotheses. The final outcome of the evaluation is defined hypotheses and a summary of the problem. The main benefit of this work is to describe current trends in social networks and their impact on business practice, analysis of the use of social networks in the workplace and a summary of this issue.
Internet Sources Used by Headhunting Companies

This thesis explores the sources used by headhunting companies to find suitable candidates. In the first chapter it will be explained how headhunting companies work and what are the best companies in the Czech market and in the world market. The most important sources used by headhunters are described in detail in following chapter, whereas the sources were divided into two groups (active and passive) based on the attitude of the candidate -- whether he or she is actively looking for a job. The survey, in which the author examined the most used sources used by people that are looking for a job is described in the third chapter. This chapter is followed by a description of how to proceed when the candidate wants to make himself attractive to a headhunter and how to keep his attention. The outcome of this work is a recommendation of sources that should be used for search for candidates at different position. The recommendations are based on a comparison of results from survey and the methods used by headhunters.
