Tato práce se zabývá zdroji, které používají headhuntingové firmy pro výběr vhodných kandidátů. Nejdříve se čtenář v první kapitole seznámí s tím, jak headhuntingové společnosti fungují a jaké je zastoupení těchto firem na českém a světovém trhu. V následující kapitole jsou podrobně probrány nejdůležitější zdroje, které headhuntingové firmy používají, přičemž tyto zdroje byly rozděleny na skupiny aktivní a pasivní podle toho, zda kandidát práci aktivně sám hledá, nebo jestli je osloven headhunterem. V další kapitole je popsáno dotazníkové šetření, ve kterém autorka zkoumala, jaké jsou nejvyužívanější zdroje ze strany uchazečů o práci. Následně je vysvětleno, jak postupovat, aby se uchazeč stal pro headhuntera atraktivnějším, a jak si jeho zájem udržet. Výstupem této práce jsou pak doporučení optimálních zdrojů při vyhledávání kandidátů na různé pozice na základě porovnání zjištěných výsledků z dotazníkového šetření a metod, které využívají headhunteři. This thesis explores the sources used by headhunting companies to find suitable candidates. In the first chapter it will be explained how headhunting companies work and what are the best companies in the Czech market and in the world market. The most important sources used by headhunters are described in detail in following chapter, whereas the sources were divided into two groups (active and passive) based on the attitude of the candidate -- whether he or she is actively looking for a job. The survey, in which the author examined the most used sources used by people that are looking for a job is described in the third chapter. This chapter is followed by a description of how to proceed when the candidate wants to make himself attractive to a headhunter and how to keep his attention. The outcome of this work is a recommendation of sources that should be used for search for candidates at different position. The recommendations are based on a comparison of results from survey and the methods used by headhunters.
