Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálními médii a jejich vlivem na nábor pracovníků. V práci je popsán obor personalistiky, zejména proces získávání pracovníků. Dále jsou definována základní sociální média a následně analyzovány některé způsoby jejich využití v procesu náboru. Cílem práce je charakterizovat vybraná média a posoudit, zda se mohou stát hlavním nástrojem pro nábor pracovníků. The bachelor thesis deals with social media and their influence on recruitment. The study describes the field of human resources, especially recruitment process. In another part of study are defined the basic social media and analyzed the ways of their use in the recruitment process. The aim of this study to characterize the selected media and assess whether they can become a major tool for recruitment.
