The Specification of Lecturers in the Leisure Adult Education - Guides at the Historical Monuments

This bachelor thesis approaches guides at historical monuments as the lecturers of leisure adult education. It begins with characterizing leisure education in the context of andragogy and in the life of an adult, then shifts to the issue of lecturers in the leisure adult education. The thesis indicates lecturer's roles and requirements posed on them, outlines opportunities for their progress and professionalization, and summarize basic competencies and characteristics of lecturers in the leisure education and adult education in general as well. For this thesis is fundamental the guide activities at historical monuments (from the leisure adult educator's position). Through the outcomes of questionnaire survey, it shows the guide's characteristics from three viewpoints, it clarifies the contemporary situation of the guide's education and attitudes of guides and their supervisors to possible further education in terms of the guide's job. Factors Affecting Effective Teaching of Adults

This diploma thesis deals with various factors affecting effective teaching of adults from teacher's perspective. The aim of this work is to determinate discrepancy of attitude to this issue based on knowledge from literature and professional teacher's experience. First of all the thesis defines term (effective) teaching of adults and then presents its key aspects. Then it identifies the nature of teaching objectives, (andro)didactic principles and defines main characteristics and competencies of an effective teacher in this context. The thesis also describes impact of learning environment on effective teaching and characterizes (study) stress as well as its impact on effective teaching adults. The Language of Instructors of Some Leisure Activities

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the language of sport leisure-time activities lecturers. It is aimed to pupils at the first grade (thereinafter ZŠ) and lecturers of kickbox and dance lessons. The first part of the thesis is written in general terms. It comes out from the literature about communication. It emphasizes the importance of pedagogical communication and its effect on the development of education and the cooperation among pupils and lecturers. The second part of the thesis is aimed to use of verbal and non-verbal communication in leisure-time activities.

This diploma thesis deals with adult teacher competencies. It describes current situation in adult education and it focuses on measuring quality level of teacher competencies. There is given the main overview of adult education specifics. These are the prerequisites for defining adult teacher competencies. There is given specific adult teacher competencies and related roles which are generally based on teacher's activities during educational courses. Next part describes present conception of teacher's competencies. These theories and presented model of roles are accepted as basis of establishment of classification of adult teacher competencies with emphasis on participant of educational process. Survey of adult teacher competencies was focused on three groups of respondents (participants, teachers, ordering party) and it determines the importance of competencies described in classification. Didactic of vocationally education

The thesis is divided into two parts. The first deals with the theoretical view of the vocational education, its development and specifics. The next section describes the differences between education of adults and children. Then the work is focused on the personality of the lector and didactic process, its aims, methods, forms and tools. To conclude the theoretical part summarizes the principle of feedback. The second part is summarized of research where respondents are lectors themselves. From research we know how much are they competent to exercise the profession of lecturers from the point of view of teaching, respectively didactic. The research used the questionnaire with closed and open questions.

This bachelor´s thesis is elaborated according to the assignment of Honeywell company, which decided to broaden learning possibilities of foreign languages in their company by e-learning. Employees will have an opportunity to use e-learning system, which will help them to enhance their knowledge beside attending classical lessons. E-learning includes various kinds of exercises and homeworks as well, which are sent to particular lector for checking. E-learning is a web application placed on the Internet and is accessible anywhere, where Internet connection is available. It includes administration interface for lectors and employees, which is only accessible by login and password. The system was created by HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL technology and certainty nowadays is technology Ajax as well.
Proposal for the Improvement of the Education System for Mobile Phone Companies Operators

The diploma thesis deals with area of the education system for employees aimed at the phone operators of mobile companies, as well as factors that relate to this topic. It includes a proposal for the improvement of the actual situation based on the analysis of the company and subsequent elimination of risk that may arise during the implementation.
Animation as a part of primary prevention in elementary school

This thesis presents the possibilities of usage of the animation approach in the context of primary prevention program appleid in primary shools. After defining the content, goals and focus of the primary prevention, this thesis acquaints with specific programs of primary prevention, with their characteristics and the fundamental methods, from which the key ones are sociometrics, reflection and working with the group. Furthermore the thesis is focused on the position of a teacher, his personality and compares his possible effect in the whole animation process. The thoughts on different animation processes, their approaches with the goals and the possible guidance of the primary prevention, are the fundamental part of this thesis. The other subject is the effectiveness of the primary programs and their factors, which can infulence the process. The conclusion of this thesis indicates the importance of the connection of the animation approach in this pedagogical process.
The issue of further education and its implementation in the conditions of a particular company

This bachelor work deals with the issues of further education. The theoretical part describes the situation of conceptual and systemic further education of employees in the Czech republic. It also deals with the role of the government in supporting the further education, typical features characterising the in-company education and general motive and attitude to further education of adults. The practical part deals with description of the state of further education within a specific company. It is also focused on analysis of problems which follow the process of education.The outcome of this work is recomendation of the realisation to the company where the research was made.
Skill Particularities of an Adults Teacher

The goal of this thesis is to chart the qualifications of adults educators ? instructors - in the educational programme of a selected organization as an example. I firstly define the term company education after which I focus on the personality of adults instructor and participators, and the methods used during internal or external educational events. In the experimental part I analyse the educational system of a selected company. The experimental part also includes a questionnaire survey, the result of which is the description of qualifications of instructors and especially the way how the adult participators react on them.
