This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of church kindergarten (CK). It deals with the specifics of the CK and differences due to the municipal kindergarten. The aim is to compare sub-areas of management of CK and municipal kindergartens. Based on this I would like to find out whether there are differences between church kindergarten and municipal kindergartens management. The work should expand the awareness of professionals and managers and to facilitate the orientation of the church kindergarten, especially for beginners. Legislation looks at religious schools like private schools, but it is a separate category. In the practical part completion of a questionnaire and guided interview was chosen as the research method. The research focuses on the differences in the areas of local church nursery and municipal kindergarten management. Another endpoint is the view of managers on the church kindergarten. Since these differences are mainly legislative this is rather supplement to the theoretical part, where differences and specific have already been revealed.

The journey for values or the protection of nature beyond the frame of work
Lochmanová, Barbora ; Rynda, Ivan (advisor) ; Novotná, Hedvika (referee)
Diploma thesis on the Journey for values or the protection of nature beyond the frame of work deals with qualitative research made on small group of conservationists, who beside their regular employment in Administrations of Protected Landscape Areas (PLA), protect nature also in the frame of non-governmental organisation. The aim of the thesis is to uncover the motif of "doubled" protection of nature and to find out, how nature protection differs from other occupancies. I apply the biographical method of research in the form of personal interview. Revealed data are analysed according to the grounded theory method. For data collection I use triangulation method. Concerning the sampling methods, I combine the random sampling and the snowball sampling technique. Motivation of conservationists to perform this "doubled" protection of nature arises mainly from the lifelong personal relationship, and contact with nature and also from their interest in it. The protection of nature is at the same time their hobby. Another reason for respondents' work in non-governmental organisation lies in continuing increase in administrative type of agenda in the Administrations, which decreases the amount of possible time spent in the field. The nature of work executed in the nongovernmental organisation is just in the field...

Fialová, Lucie ; Šafaříková, Radana (advisor) ; Marcelli, Miroslav (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the power of language and the relation between language and thought, perception and experience. The topic is viewed through the "Respektovat a být respektován" (To Respect and To Be Respected) educational method. The main assumption of this method is that the way the parent communicates with the child affects educational success as well as the behaviour of the child and the values and attitude he or she will have as an adult. This premise is empirically tested by interviews with parents and observations in families, which show how the specific way of communication (which is based on particular grammatical and pragmatic rules) influences the behaviour and experience of both the child and the parent.

My work deals with the history of recent explotation of handicrafts in the relationship to a countryside and freetime activities. When describing the history of handicrafts and the life in a countryside, I supported my work with information I got from a specific literature. The interviews with the autochthons are used to testify the information about villages in the firsth half of the 20th century, when the handicafts performed an important task in an everyday life. In a part of my work, dedicated to the recent use of handicrafts as freetime activities, I speak from my own experience with organising a craftmaking worshops in Čestín. My work reflects a view of one, to whom the traditional handicrafts offer a good way of artistic self-realisation, that helps improving creativity, patience and satisfies one?s intelectual interest about history and tradition, as a counterpart to our modern world.
