Electronic Unit for Odometer Carriage

This thesis deals with electronics for processing of signals from incremental quadrature sensors and electronics design for position and rotation calculation using odometry and data transmission. The first part deals with the theory of incremental sensors, odometry, position calculations and hardware overview for implementation. The second part describes the practical implementation of hardware and software using the STM32F4 Discovery, as well as control measurements to verify the positioning and sending functionality. The result is a module including a testing carriage allowing odometric measurements.
Proposal of Marketing Strategy of Schwarzwolf Outdoor Brand

The thesis describes a proposal of iMi Partner, a.s. marketing strategies for entering new markets with Schwarzwolf outdoor brand. The proposal section contains a summary measure for the achievement of expanding the product into new markets and for strengthening the brand. The proposed section is preceded by a strategic analysis of external and internal environment of the company. Part of this work is devoted to the marketing as its theoretical starting point.
Targeting and positioning in a presidential election campaign of Petr Pavel - young voters generation

This bachelor thesis deals with targeting and positioning of the presidential election campaign of Petr Pavel and focuses mainly on addressing the youngest generation of voters, Generation Z. The 2023 presidential election was different in several ways, but one of them was, for example, the targeting of some candidates to Generation Z. The generation currently includes the majority of voters who participated in the presidential election for the first time, and who may also have followed it more closely for the first time. The aim of this thesis is therefore to find out to what extent the targeting and positioning of the campaign was adapted to Generation Z in the development of the strategy, and also to find out whether Petr Pavel was able to reach this target group through the campaign and through which steps he achieved this. The theoretical part of the thesis first describes and defines the tools of political marketing, characterizes Generation Z and the specifics of their voting behaviour. In the practical part of the thesis, the aforementioned tools of political marketing are applied to the campaign of Petr Pavel. The thesis deals with the use of canistherapy in the senior house SeneCura Písek. The theoretical part characterizes what canistherapy is, what are its forms, methods, techniques and effects and where it is possible to use canistherapy. It also describes the senior's needs and the types of social services they can use, specifically focusing on the SeneCura SeniorCentrum Písek. The practical part deals with the question of what effect the use of canistherapy in a residential form has on clients and how the whole process is perceived by seniors and employees.

Research of positioning of brand second hand stores on the Czech market

This bachelor thesis examines how customers perceive the position of second hand stores with their own brand on the Czech market. As this is a relatively new segment of shops, the work also largely focuses on how the second hand market originated and why it is growing so fast. Among other things, it deals with the change in customers' shopping behaviour, which is one of the reasons. This work aims to find out how second hand stores with their own brand stand in comparison with chain stores and second hand stores without their own brand. Part of the work is also the design of a pyramid of the second hand market, which divides second hand brands into segments designed according to the pyramid of brands by author Harriet Posner. The research was conducted by a questionnaire survey. In analysing the answers of the respondents in the practical part, theoretical knowledge was used and based on the results, the findings and conclusions that emerge from the research were expressed in the conclusion.
Design of mechanical subsystem of tester for touch screen devices

Cílem této práce je navrhnout a sestavit systém pro automatizované nepřetržité testování dotykových displejů. Práce je zaměřena na mechanickou část, koncový efektor a motorizaci. Navržený koncový efektor je funkční na kapacitních dotykových displejích, přičemž snímá přítlačnou sílu působící na displej. Pohyb zařízení je zajištěn lineárními pohony s ozubeným řemenem, které jsou polohovány krokovými motory. Pro komunikaci s budiči motorů přes SPI protokol a pro samotné řízení motorů byla vytvořena knihovna zajišťující jejich lichoběžníkový rychlostní profil při pohybu. Sestavený testovací systém byl podroben 24 hodinovému spolehlivostnímu testu, během kterého byla ověřena jeho funkčnost, přesnost a opakovatelnost. Bylo také potvrzeno, že splňuje veškeré požadavky.

This master thesis focuses on the specification and development of a new specialty coffee roasters brand based in Brno. Reason behind the thesis is the author’s own motivation supported by current and relevant analysis, especially in the field of the coffee market, its development and trends, competition, potential customers and other factors, that might affect the new brand when entering the market. Chosen analysis and proposals are using methods and tools explained in the theoretical part. Presented proposal serves as a framework for the future development of a brand that will be competitive and will meet customer requirements.
