Millennials and Associated Trends and Changes in the Labour Market

This thesis deals with the issue of Millennials and their expectations in personal and professional life. It contains a thorough background research of scholarly literature connected with Millennials, approaches towards them, affiliated stereotypes, suitable methods of managing and leading them etc. There are also presented outcomes of two questionnaires that found out that Millennials from the Czech environment are characterized by similar features as are the foreign ones. The research also shows, that the knowledge of Millennials by employers is high when considered the most significant features connected with employment. The lesser knowledge is being held about personal values of the Generation Y. There also exists only partial unity of what are Millennials expecting at work and what is being actually offered. The highest rate of discrepancy was found in reasons for providing sufficient feedback on the performance and in trending forms of development, coaching particularly.
CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION OF SELECTED COMPANY BASED ON THE SERVQUAL METHOD

The bachelor thesis deals with measurement of customer satisfaction in a particular company. The SERVQUAL method will be used for the measurement using a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part describes the key concepts: customer, customer satisfaction, expectations, quality of services and methods for measuring service quality. The practical part analyzes and evaluates the results of the questionnaire survey. Following the interpretation of the results, recommendations are proposed to improve the quality of the business.
Investor jako Homo Oeconomicus nebo Human; Jaké jsou zdroje odchylek od racionality na finančních trzích?

The thesis deals with the differences among phenomena of Homo Oeconomicus and Human and their presence in the financial markets. Furthermore, it aims at revealing differences of behavior in alignment with the phenomena among groups of people involved and not involved in the financial markets. To do so we use an experiment with its assessment based on the Anchoring Index. For the purpose of the research of behavior in alignment with the Prospect theory, the thesis defines new index of assessment of human behavior the Human Index upon which it draws conclusions about the two groups. The results show no significant difference in propensity to bias and marginal difference in behavior in alignment with the prospect theory where the group involved in the financial markets reveals less Human behavior. Altogether, the findings are no remarkable difference in behavior among the two groups, i.e. both the group of people involved in the financial markets as well as those not involved are Human at very similar levels.
Cooperation of Family and School at the Beginning of School Attendance

The diploma thesis deals with cooperation between family and school at the beginning of the education. The theoretical part is focused on the family and the school such as an educational institution. It describes a fixing cooperation between family and school in the obligatory documents for the education and represents principles and possible limits. It also deals with an expectaion and parent's and teacher's worries. It represents programmes and initiatives be supported to cooperation with school with family for example "Rodiče vítáni" and "Začít spolu". The empiric part deals with research, which watches a particular forms of cooperation the school with parents on the particular secondary school, mainly on the first school. The research is created by questionnaire, an interview and an observation.
The Importance of Communication in a Relation to the Comparison the Expectations of Relatives of Clients in Residential Home with a Real Practice

This master thesis deals with the issue of expectations of relatives of residential care clients in the concrete Residential home, and it also discusses the topic of communication between relatives of those clients and employees from this organization. First of all, the thesis describes the theoretical basis of the issue, while the attention is paid to the term of old age and possibilities of an elderly support. Than the process of transition to a residential home is described, as well as the possibilities of cooperation between the staff and clients' relatives. The aim of this thesis is to through semi-structured interviews find out how can the clients' relatives learn about the real picture of care in the Residential home and how it corresponds with their expectations. The attention is also paid to evaluation of the system of communication between these actors. The results indicate no expectations of the relatives about this kind of social service. The research identified different perception of communication frequency within both groups of informers. Customer satisfaction with offer of services of golf courses in Prague and in Liberec region

Title: Customer satisfaction with offer of services of golf courses in Prague and in Liberec region Objectives: The Diploma Thesis aims to make a survey of satisfaction and expectations of golf course customers in Liberec region and in the capital city Prague and to compare those regions. Customer satisfaction will be measured by means of questionnaires where each player of each golf course will compare real perceived qualities of a golf course with generally expected qualities. Based on the data obtained, the analysis of values will be carried on, such as golf handicap, age, gender and month income. The Thesis will focus on comparing the expectations and satisfaction of major golf resorts with smaller and not so popular ones. Methods: The research of customer satisfaction was carried on by already proven questionnaire consisting of SERVQUAL method. The research compared expected quality with real quality in seven golf courses in Prague and surroundings and in seven golf courses in Liberec region. Based on the results to develop proposals for improving services and increase customer's satisfaction. Methods: The research used a qualitative and quantitative method of questioning. For quantitative methods were used polling, for qualitative were used observation and interview. Results: The results are shown in graphs, tables, and cross classification. This thesis deals with the beginning phase of career manager for organization non- formal education. The work examines the process that precedes the onset school manager to executive positions primarily in terms of motivation, expectations and subsequent reality. It describes the initial phase of his work in a new role in life from the perspective of the management of school facilities and other activities associated with this process . The work is mapped to what extent the entrance to the Director and his previous preparation reflects on the development of controlled organization and quality of education provided . It also describes how to correspond to the expectations of the individual manager of educational facilities with a daily reality in the context of changing conditions providing non-formal education, based on education legislation and the overall development of society in the approach to the use of leisure time.
