For the use of German modal verbs and their competition forms in contrastive comparison with Czech language

In the presented study "For the Use of German Modal Verbs and their Competition Forms in Contrastive Comparison with Czech Language" the system of German modal verbs is compared with the system of Czech modal verbs. The most attention is paid to the modal verbs occurred in German language. After their detailed description their confrontation with Czech verbs follows. The study of the theme comes out from the most common concepts that classify into the classic group of German modal verbs these verbs: dürfen, können, mögen, müssen, sollen, wollen and into the classic group of Czech modal verbs these verbs: chtit, mit, moci, muset and smet. As both languages are typologically very close they have similar morphologically syntactic and semasiological characteristics of which array separates them from the other verbs. On the bases of the above mentioned theoretical interpretation, the contrastive analysis was realized by means of German rivalry programme "Wer wird Millionär" and Czech rivalry programme "Chcete byt miliomifem? ". The analysis compared incidence of individual German and Czech modal verbs, their forms and functions. The thesis is a critical classification of the business activity of the selected subject. The explanation of the organizational architecture (the background, structure, strategy, culture) is provided to the reader in the theoretical part of the thesis. The analytical part reflects the organizational architecture of the concrete business unit. It is interested in the background of this unit and discovers its culture. The main attention is paid to the strategy of this business unit. The modifications which are based on the external and internal analyse, will assure high-quality offered services, increase of effectiveness, will create competitive advantage and will bring long-term development of this business unit.

The tourist trade as a potencial factor of a town development on example of Český Krumlov

This bachelor thesis studies the tourist trade as a potential factor of a town development. The effects of a tourist trade and his action of a town development are described on illustration of the development of the tourist destination Český Krumlov. There is foreshadowed how the tourist trade affects a landscape planning and a town budget. Last but not least there are mentioned effects which the tourist trade has in a sphere of a social areas, a competitive advantage and a possibilities of a draw from an external financing arrangements.

The world of internet evolves quickly and it becomes an important means of trade. It brings new business opportunities with a need for specific business strategies. In order to be competitive, every company has to exploit as many advantages as possible and many advantages can be gained through the use of the internet (such as cost economization, easier integration of company departments and efficient data sharing, etc.). It is also important for e-shops to offer innovative services and user-friendly interface that will distinguish them from others. The aim of this thesis is to identify the opportunities for companies that the internet offers, to describe the specifics of internet business and its advantages and disadvantages, to analyze strategies of the selected e-shops from the Czech and the international market and to create a prognosis of their future development.

Consumer loyalty - competitive advantage of travel agencies

The theoretical part of diploma thesis "Consumer loyalty - competitive advantage of travel agencies" is focused on specification of tourism product and the main differences in goods and services. This part also deals with principles of loyalty and motivation programmes and includes marketing view of particular forms of sales promotions. The practical part is based on analysis of loyalty and motivation programmes aplicated by travel agencies in the market of the Czech republic during the period under consideration (june 2007 - september 2008). Practical part is also focused on marketing research concentrated on relation between consumers and travel agencies, their knowledge of existing loyalty and motivation programmes and demonstration of theirs effectivity.

Economic Analysis of Judicial Activity

The thesis deals with the problem of the monopoly structure of the modern justice system and the heavy regulation of most fields of dispute resolution. In this system, judges themselves comprise a self-interested group seeking relaxed regulation and increased rights from the government. The thesis describes inefficiencies and dangers stemming from the lack of market control of the modern justice system and suggests an alternative in the form of a private justice system. The purpose of this paper is to examine both the problem of successful implementation of competition into the current justice system, while describing various models as to how the private justice system could function without state control, with examples from history. This paper further examines the economic differences between private and public justice systems in terms of incentives, efficiency, the process of law creation, speed, and consumers' satisfaction, as well as the conditions under which different systems work best. The main conclusion of this paper is that society should allow all subjects desirous of opportunities to provide goods and services through new enterprises, even in areas currently the exclusive domain of the state, as doing so brings an increase in quality, speed of solution/service, and innovation.

Central bank - advantages and risks of its independence

This work is about central bank independence and about advantages and risks resulted from this position. The beginnig of the work is about history of central banking in the world and in our republic. The next capture is dedicated to the question of necessity of central banks and it uses especially the work of F.A.Hayek. It also describes his suggestion to implement the competition between private issuers of money. The last and the largest chapter is about central bank independence. After the definition of independence, there is a part concerned types of independence, mainly the legal and the actual one. The level of independence can be usually measured by few indexes. The way how to calculate them is also in the text of this work. Final part of the work is aimed on advantages and risks resulting from the independent status of central bank. The main advantage is represented by elimination of time inconsistency problem, on the other hand the main risk is the absence of responsibility of central bank for her policy.

Imperfect competition on the market of television broadcasters SR and CR

Rise of imperfect competition, more precisely its oligopoly form, has became very wide spreed. In certain extent we can say that this is a result of government regulation in different areas of national economy. Aim of this work was to analyze and compare television stations market in SR and CR and evaluate those interactions among channels in their respective economies, which lead to rise in the concrete situation on the market. Also to show some oportunietis, that might be exploited by new TV companies entering this industry. Most importent in this sector will by liberalization, which will lead to better form of competetiv advantage and will bring more costumers to this market. It partly explains horizont of digital broadcasting, which implementing currently runs in all Europe contries.

The analysis of competotion film distribution

This text deals with the market for film distribution in the Czech republic and it focuses mainly on the competition in this area. Its theoretical background lies in a structural analysis of sector and Porter's Competitive Forces model. This theoretical approach is confronted with contemporary situation on the market in the practical part of the text. Also, there is formulated a competitive advantage in product and in producer as a purchase motivation. These aspects of competitive advantages are discussed and some recommendations for market subjects are proposed. Brief discussion of financial indicators of main firms is also included.
