Legal Institution of Testament

This thesis deals with the legal institution of testament. The purpose of the thesis is to characterize and analyse individual aspects of legal regulation contained in the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, and to think about changes and new institutions, that became part of legal regulation. The thesis is divided into an introductory chapter, eight chapters and a conclusion. The introductory chapter covers introduction to the matter and describes the purpose of the thesis. The first chapter deals with characteristics of individual legal titles of succession, such as inheritance contract, testament and intestate succession. The second chapter provides general characteristics of testament as a legal act. The purpose of the third chapter is to describe the conditions of testamentary capacity and its limits. The fourth chapter describes individual forms of testament, such as testament made by means of a private instrument, testament made by means of a public instrument and also concessions in the making of a testament. The fifth chapter focuses on clauses of lesser importance in a testament, such as selection of executor of last will or conditions, determinations of time and mandates. Efficiency analysis of training program in HSBC bank

The thesis theme is research and analysis of training program in HSBC Bank which took place during September 2007. The thesis is divided in to five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to theory of andragogics, corporate training and efficiency analysis. The second chapter is devoted to empirical research also problem and its solution is introduced there. The third chapter introduces HSBC Bank and HSBC Bank training program. This training program was created for newly hired employees. The fourth chapter consist of three surveys of participators of this training. The first -questionary- is focused on trainees. The second survey is evaluated by trainers of the company, this survey was executed via internet. The last survey was realized through series of interview with trainees. Based on the results of the investigation the fourth chapter is concluded with SWOT analysis of training, evaluation of efficiency of Kirkpatrick`s schneme. The last chapter contains proposals to streamline the training process. This proposals will be submitted to the management of the company for possible use in further training.

Educational Measures imposed on a juvenile offender

In 2004, Act No. 218/2003 Coll. came into force; it is an act on the liability for unlawful acts of juveniles and on judiciary concerning juveniles and amending some laws, called in a shortened form the "Act of Judiciary Concerning Juveniles". This act significantly modified the position of juvenile offenders and there was a change in approach to juvenile offenders. The law defined many new concepts, including the concept of educational, protective and criminal measures. It determined new forms of measures imposed on juvenile offenders. The objective of the new legislation is to prevent juvenile crime through educational measures, especially through the right actions and directing their future life and thus to support and ensure their proper upbringing. This thesis entitled ?Educational Measures imposed on a juvenile offender? deals with the cooperation of institutions entering the preparatory criminal proceedings for juvenile offenders in the former district of Český Krumlov. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first section entitled "Current status" deals with theoretical knowledge. I describe the various institutions and their functions in preparatory proceedings for juvenile offenders and individual educational measures, which may be imposed on a juvenile offender during preparatory criminal proceedings. The second part is devoted to processing the results of the research. The research objective of the thesis was to find out about the effects of individual institutions on juvenile offenders and their influence in imposing educational measures in preparatory criminal proceedings. From the carried-out interviews and analysis of documents, I summed up, in the chapter entitled "Results", the process of working with young offenders in imposing educational measures in individual institutions. It can be summed up that the largest share in imposing educational measures is in the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic, the centre in Český Krumlov. The other institutions only inform young offenders on the possibility of imposing educational measures only to the extent necessary, without further educational activities. This part of the thesis also discusses a possible procedure that is, in my view, preferable in dealing with juvenile crime offenders. This thesis can serve to the individual institutions involved in criminal proceedings concerning juvenile offenders as well as the general public.

Investičné životné poistenie

Práca je venovaná histórii poisťovníctva, zameriam sa na udalosti, ktoré výrazne ovplyvnili vývoj a formovali charakter poistenia tak ako ho poznáme dnes.Druhá kapitola priblíži situáciu poisťovníctva v Českej republike v porovnaní s krajinami Európskej únie. Toto porovnanie by malo čitateľovi ukázať aké veľké rezervy trh životného poistenia v Českej republike má, a akým smerom sa bude v nasledujúcich rokoch uberať. Investičné životné poistenie je najmodernejšou formou životného poistenia. V mnohom vychádza z klasických typov životného poistenia, ktorým je venovaná samostatná tretia kapitola. Bližšie sa zoznámime s kapitálovým, univerzálnym a dôchodkovým poistením. A konečne štvrtá a najdôležitejšia kapitola mojej práce je zameraná na investičné životné poistenie. Začneme jeho vývojom a históriou, oboznámime sa s fungovaním a najdôležitejšími črtami investičného životného poistenia, s možnými formami pripoistení, s podielovými fondmi a možnými podobami poistného plnenia, ktorých rozmanitosťou je investičné životné poistenie charakteristické. V piatej kapitole prevediem analýzu vybraných produktov investičného životného poistenia. Analýzu vypracujem z pohľadu klienta, takže budem sledovať možnosti pripoistenia, výšku poplatkov a základné črty akými sú vstupný vek, dĺžka trvania poistky a podobne.

Unemployment issues

The purpose of this thesis is to summanze the most important aspects of unemployment. I have attempted to analyze in detail the issue of unemployment within the broadest possible context. The first part deals with a general introduction to this complex phenomenon in terms of historical context and economic theories. Another chapter presents an overview of the standard division of unemployment from the perspective of the state, in terms of time and in terms of an individual's approach. Further, my thesis analyzes unemployment in terms of psychology and refers to potential effects on an individual's life. In addition, the thesis deals with the issue of discrimination and its occurrence in the Czech Republic and abroad. The chapter on employability is very important, dealing with its close relevance to education. In conclusion, I present legal governance of unemployment in the Czech Republic and summarize the possible ways of fighting unemployment, such as Operational Programs, handicapped persons' support, re-training or measures taken by corporations or the state. In addressing the respective topic, I have relied upon underlying historical documents as well as modem approaches and foreign materials allowing for contrast comparison with the current situation in our country.

3D Reconstruction from two views

This bachelor thesis deals with 3D reconstruction process using two 2D pictures of one scene taken with uncalibrated cameras. The first chapter focuses on mathematical theory behind this process. Epipolar geometry, locating keypoints method SURF, fundamental and essential matrix, projection matrices, stereo rectification process and searching for stereo correspondences are explained here. The next chapter of my thesis describes a practical view of this topic and my own C++ program is introduced at the same time.

Tonal and harmonic sensibilities as a basis for creative expression in music education

The publication goes into a creative development of tonal and harmonic sensations in the music education al elementary schools. In the introduction, the tonal harmonic relations are taken from a theoretical point of view and in the sphere of musical psychology, there is included the tonal and harmonic sensation into the system of musical abilities. A concept of tonality is defined and its relation to the abilities in view determined. Then there follows an evolution of tonal and harmonic sensations in tests of musical abilities and a diagnostic methods presentation. A child's musical ontogenesis oriented on an evolution of the examined abilities and an influence of home and school backgrounds are depicted in a chapter concerning the personality of a pupil. In the context of the creativity and integration, there are also described pedagogical aspects of the examined abilities development. The theoretical section is concluded by a methodical part that is after the stating of basic principles of the tonal and harmonic sensations development elaborated into systematic algorithms within the scope of different classes. Brand positioning World Class Czech Republic

My diploma thesis called "Brand positioning World Class Czech Republic" is focused on the analysis of the position of the brand on the Prague market of fitness centers. As the result of this analysis, I conclude my work by the recommendations to improve marketing communication of World Class company. In the theoretical part, I defined the concept of marketing, I have summarized his history, describing the various elements of the marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The next chapter is devoted to market segmentation, targeting and positioning. To conclude the theoretical part, I define the brand, its history, elements and types, I also mentioned the brand value. In the practical part, I assess the fitness field and also market of fitness centers in Prague. In the next chapter, I presented the brand of World Class Czech Republic, including its history, philosophy, representation in Prague and in the world as well and offer of services. Next, I drew on the results of my own research survey. I described a SWOT analysis and competitive analysis. Based on the responses I have analyzed the target group for the World Class brand. Subsequently, I analyzed the current marketing communication of the company, and I propose appropriate amendments that would increase its effectiveness. In the epilogue, I noted the main recommendations for brand communication.

Hip Hop as a Culture Style, its Specifications and Influence on Teenagers

This thesis involves history of hip hop, its specifics and elements, it talks about influence of hip hip subculture on teenagers and points to positive and negative aspects connected to this culture style. In this way is work sectionalized into chapters. First part talks about history of hip hop, connection between religion and hip hop and also about Czech hip hop. Second part specifies on main elements of hip hop culture as DJing, MCing, breakdance, beatbox and graffiti. Last part focuses on influence of hip hop culture on teenagers, where is evaluated information about infuence of music and hip hop in general. Material was obtained by surveys from students attending four czech grammar schools.
