Realization of mortgage security over real property in the course of execution of judgment, in bankruptcy proceedings and out of court

Záměrem při psaní této práce bylo, vedle podrobného popisu jednotlivých kroků v procesu (především toho soudního) směřujícího k realizaci uhrazovací funkce zástavního práva k nemovitostem, vystihnout i některé praktické problémy, které se zde vyskytují. Již v úvodní kapitole, jejímž cílem je pouze stručný úvod k hlavnímu tématu, je zmíněna otázka regresu zástavního dlužníka vůči dlužníku hlavního závazku poté, co zajištěný závazek byl uspokojen zpeněžením zástavy. Závěr učiněný ve prospěch institutu bezdůvodného obohacení se vypořádává s možností analogické aplikace postupu ručitele, která se zde rovněž nabízí. Relativně novým prvkem v českém civilním procesním právu je řízení o soudním prodeji zástavy, jež lze, pro některá svá specifika, označit za řízení sui generis. Kromě objasnění jednotlivých zákonných ustanovení, tvořících tento institut, je ve druhé kapitole poukázáno i na to, jak je aplikován v soudní praxi a také nakolik je využíván samotnými zástavními věřiteli. Pro lepší názornost byl do přílohy této práce zařazen statistický přehled řízení o soudním prodeji zástavy u některých okresních a obvodních soudů v České republice. Motivation in Experiential Education

This project is dedicated to study of motivation in experiential courses. More exactly it tries to describe motivation means suitable for teenage trainees to make them cooperate willingly and actively on course asset. And not just that. It also describes factors which have influence on quality and quantity of aplicated effort, manners how to enforce trainees to carry on working when some problem appears and also how the motivation is affected by the instructor's and peers' admittance. The project studies motivation factors such as instructor's valuation, trainee self-valuation or the suitable attitude on work with the group. The first part of the project is dedicated to theoretical description of the topic: definition of motivaton and its importance in experiential education course, motivation techniques and their division, their importance and aplication, eventually their weaknesses or even their demotivational components. The second part focuses more on the practical aplication of motivation techniques in some real projects of experiential education; it includes their analysis and evaluation. Use of social network analysis in analyzing social environment of a project manager

Diploma thesis deals with the social environment of a project manager and describes different approaches in its analysis. The social environment is defined as a sum of soft factors that affect a project manager and influence the course of the project. Besides proficiency in various project management methodologies, knowledge of the project plan, and understanding of the client's field of business, awareness of the social environment is essential for eventual project success. Thesis objectives aim at defining the scope of the social environment, and presenting analysis techniques and methods, through which it is possible to enhance overall project performance. Other objectives include stating recommendations for project managers to fully comprehend their social environment, and documenting discussed findings on project related case studies -- among others also on the social networks analysis conducted in a real life project environment. The thesis describes three analysis methods -- social network analysis, stakeholder analysis, and analysis of psychological profile of the team members, which mutually complement each other and provide project managers with a comprehensive overview of their social environments. Social network analysis is elaborated on the most in detail, because it forms theoretical as well as practical introduction to the topic, and a base for further analyses.

Management of Oral Hygiene in Patients with Self-Care Deficit

This thesis describes management of oral hygiene in the group of patients with deficit of self-care. In the theoretical part there is an attention payed to patient's needs in the area of oral/dental hygienic care and procedures of implementation of dental and hygienic care in hospitals. Research is oriented on patients and their experiences with oral hygiene and dental care in course of the hospitalization.This research study is a primary elaboration of this subjekt in the Czech Republic.

Issues of Gifted Education in the Teacher Training for Primary School

The thesis deals with issues related to implementation of the topic of gifted education into teacher training for primary schools. In the theoretical part of this thesis are prepared on the basis of scientific literature the most important findings concerning the theory and the concept of talent. Main attention is paid to personality of gifted child in preschool and primary school age, their identification, specific forms of behavior and potential problems. Following are summarized basic organizational forms, strategies and models of gifted education. Given the current trend of integration of pupils with special educational needs, the thesis focus on education of gifted students in regular classrooms. In the next section are described the specifics of development and state of the system of care for gifted pupils in the Czech Republic. The final chapter is devoted to issues of personality and teacher education. The aim of the research part of this thesis is in the action research based on the planning, re-implementation and evaluation of actual teaching to create unique design of course focused on issues of highly able pupils as part of teacher training for primary schools at the Faculty of Education, Charles University.

The psychosocial climate in school facilities of institucional education from the perspective of social pedagogy

The dissertation is devoted to the present problem of the psychosocial climate in school facilities of instuticional care. The problem is being seen from the perspective of social pedagogy. In the introduction I deal with an accesion to unparented and unattended children in the course of human events. Further I consider characterization and description of system facilities of institucional care in the Czech Republic. The chapter about the actual problems of institucional care refers to some errors in the actual system. The basic aim of this thesis is to inscribe and demarcate the challenge phenomenon of psychosocial climate in relation to these facilities. The formation of positive psychosocial climate is one of basic premises of good pedagogical work with clients of facilities in the institucional education.

The Church of Our Lady of the Roses in Pilsen

V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE The bachelor work deals with the Church of Panny Maria Růžencová at the Jirásek Square in Pilsen. The introductory part concerns the present literature about this subject. Further about the cultural background of the sanctuary architecture of 19th and 20th century, with the view to secession sanctuary architecture in Bohemia. In the stricter view it dedicates to the evolution of Pilsen town in the end of 19th and beginning of 20th century. It deals with the building activity in the town with the accent to the need of new church at the increasing Prague suburb. The main part of the bachelor work deals with the Church of Panny Maria Růžencová. It analyses the activity of the Dominican Order in Pilsen, the building orders for the Prague suburb new church and the personality of the architect Anton Möller and the church master builder Eduard Sochor, watches the course of the construction of the church and the convent including the description of the outside and the interior of the church and the convent buildings. The conclusion of the disertation places the Church of Panna Maria Růžencová into the evolutionary line of the secession sanctuary buildings in Bohemia.
