Špirková, Kateřina ; Pelikán, Jiří (referee) ; Lorenzová, Jitka (advisor)
This dissertation is distributed into two parts, a theoretic and an empiric ones. The first part deals with morality and prosociality, in the following text these topics are given in a connection with socialization and a family. The second part is created by my own research of prosocial attitudes of adolescents - both from usual population and from a socially disadvantageous background. Prosocial attitudes and behavior are influenced by many factors. Into the main factors are included cognitive development and empathy which quality is very dependent on environment where a person grows up in. This is the reason why this text is focused on a family of adolescents and a socially disadvantageous background, which means concrete children's homes, a sanctuary home, a centre of an educatinal care and one non-profit-making organization (The Colour World of Children). Except the above mentioned, a measure and a grade of prosociality are established on a particular situation, how much this is threatening for a person, if the other persons are present there and if this causes so called dissipation of a responsibility. Executed research proved an importance of a concrete situation and a relation to a person who calls for help. Mostly prosocial and altruistic attitudes were found in a story with a dying wife, least ones...

Čápová, Jitka ; Trojanová, Irena (advisor) ; Koberová, Eva (referee)
From the personal management's point of view further training of pedagogues in the nursery schools is one of the priorities on the way to a successful school. The pedagogues are generally considered as the carriers of education. As such they have to be autonomous and responsible personalities who have to be socially valued and supported and first of all rightly educated. Further training of pre-school pedagogues is changing together with the evolution of the society. One of the main tasks should be a support of these pedagogues for developing their professionalism for informative society, formation of presumption for lifelong learning and profession evolution of pedagogues. Considering the quality of teachers and development of their professionalism is the basic part of an educational system, the aim of this paper is to map the possibilities, conditions and motivation of pre-school pedagogues to their professional education. An integral part is a research, which maps opinions of pedagogues and school managers, their attitudes and opinions to a recent stage of further training of pre-school pedagogues.

Kramplová, Eva ; Lorenzová, Jitka (advisor) ; Tvrzová, Ivana (referee)
This thesis deals with the education of children to economic and financial literacy at school and in family. Financial and economic literacy is one of the most important topics of the present days. The theoretical part of this thesis demonstrates different views on this issue. Education to financial literacy is a question of expertise just as a matter of attitude, character and human values. This thesis deals with the legal basis and analyses the Framework educational program for primary education to financial and economic literacy in detail. It presents a particular suggestion of a lesson structure for students of a primary school. The following part focuses on the possibilities of education in the family which places an irreplaceable role in the procedure of education to economic and financial literacy. The empirical part of this thesis presents the results of two separate researches. The first dealt with the issue of how current teachers explain and train financial literacy in primary schools. The second research focuses on young adults aged 18-26 years and their knowledge of basic economic terms, in the background of a subjective assessment of their family and school.

Education on human for social communication
Kudová, Lucie ; Pelcová, Naděžda (advisor) ; Semrádová, Ilona (referee) ; Hogenová, Anna (referee)
The dissertation points out the huge potential of social communication that is often undervalued. It tries to clear of scientist interpretation of communication. It is understood in a simplified way only as a flow, retrieval, providing, and handing atomized pieces of information on. This work attempts philosophical divulgence of the sense and of the core of communication. At the same time there is used multidisciplinary attitude to the issue as well. Philosophy interprets communication not only as universal condition of human being, as a mean of mutual understanding and sympathy, but also as searching and forming of one's own identity. Even if helpful, dialogical social communication has to master its own crisis (true partnership, co-existence, solidarity and unity wasted somewhere) which immediately contributed to the series of further crisis (including the crisis of upbringing) it remains the only possible way to master all manner of crisis. Solution is then considered in training to social communication, to dialogical conflict solving. We should learn to tolerate and to understand the other man. Education should take care of improving of social communication and finding ways of new possibilities. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Image of the young generation of the 60s in the films of the New Wave
