Particularities and tools of counseling process in further professional education

Following bachelor's thesis is devoted to methodological aspects of the career counseling. It deals with the terminological discussion of counseling-related concepts and its areas of application in the context of adult education. The thesis is focused on a counseling process, structure, tools and specifics in career counseling. It provides an analysis of wide range of counseling tools from basic counseling techniques to specific digital and complex means. Practical implementation of the tools is illustrated with a case study within which two counseling programs for the long-term unemployed are compared. Career counseling in the organizational context

This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of the career counseling within organizations. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the topic of career, its historical development and current conceptions of career. Further it deals with the topic of career counseling, its historical development and some key concepts and approaches. One of areas where can be career counseling applied is organizational context. Career counseling is a part of a wider career support that can be provided by organizations to their employees. Bachelor thesis summarize how can be career counseling in organizations utilized, which are its goals in the organizational context and how it relates to another activities of career management. Applied part of the thesis proposes the project of the research with the objective of developing a questionnaire that could measure the need of the use of the career counseling within organizations.

Choice of secondary school as prevention of unemployment

The aim of the diploma thesis was to discover the main factors which influence students of the ninth grade regarding the choice of next education level. Analysis was made to decide how important the factors are for students when they choose studies, e.g. results of students at half year report and the distance between school and place of living, also whether students can assess their condition for profession of their choice, if students have thought about their future regarding life and profession. Also analysis of social surroundings was made to find out to what extent students are influenced by family, friends, teachers and pedagogical - psychological consultants. I am tried to clarify how the education level of parents, wishes of parents and friends influence students and whether this choice is influenced by teachers and educational consultants or by pedagogical - psychological consultants. The whole thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with description of basic concepts. The concepts are linked with problematic of employment of youth and school graduates. A choice of career as the prevention of unemployment

The bachelor thesis focuses on unemployment problems of school graduates from primary schools, high schools and universities. It is interested in employers' views on the exploitation of school graduates in the job market and gives information about consulting services in the educational system and employment. I mention the changes of amendment in consulting services at job centres. At the end of my bachelor thesis I compare differences between girls' and boys' approaches to education and their first employment. I find some parents' influence on their children's choice of careers.

Thesis Career Counseling, as a part of a general system of counseling at high schools, deals with diverse approaches towards professional preparation at high schools. Any help, with making a right decision of choosing a career or continuing in studies, is undoubtedly an important source for each person at high school and has been occupying this distinctive role in education. This thesis is trying to bring about the changing of the position of Career Counselor's within the school system, in a general system of counseling. The goal of this thesis is to cover the various subjects' conception of counselors at high schools and also trying to entitle their targets in connection with reality. At the end there will be given a description and clarification of three different high schools (each with different cultural and social-economic conditions) and their correspondences towards Career counseling in cooperation with the content analyses of the subjects' conceptions of Career counseling.

The Family Influence over Choosing an Occupation of Elementary School Pupils

RESUME The times based on one individual's decision about which school to study to be able to choose further continuous and smooth career path has been over. As a result of current global and local social changes everybody should be prepared to the every possible change in career. Nevertheless the first choice of career is still an important milestone and can direct the individual career, but it is not the only key milestone, that determines the individual career once and for ever. People in contemporary world should be able to respond quickly to constant changes, evaluate new situations and be able to make the right decisions. The widespread myth is that success means to raise money as quickly as possible to guarantee the freedom and happiness. But a real success is a contented life, which is a long way over such values as for example certainty that we are doing the work that we like and which fills us with satisfaction. Individual goal is to focus on the abilities and skills so that the decision directs to such a career path where one will be able to optimally exploit one's potential in a future career. Career Guidance at Secondary Schools

The bacelor thesis which is named Career guidance at secondary schools is divided in theoretical and practical parts.
The theoretical part is aimed at career guidance itself, how it is defined and how it works not only in education department. There is described history, development and the current condition of career guidance. This part reffered also to whom the career guidance is inteded and which abilities and skills a career consultant has to have.
The practical part describes the attitudes and opinions of approached students who study secondary vocational schools and grammar schools. A questionnaire survey checks the research questios which were set at first.
The research says that schools do not get help to their students with choice of career enough. But this is a benefit for students because they learn independence which they will need in labour market.

The bachelor´s thesis is called "Implementation of career counseling in the educational program of a specific secondary school", at theroretical part the thesis inquires the characteristics of career counseling and defines all individual phenomena that affects it. The practical part of this thesis analyzes current rate of career counseling application in a specific secondary school, following by proposal of wider and more effective ways of implementation.
The main goal of this thesis is analyis of the current quality of career counseling in the specific secondary school, which would offer to students more specific and comprehensive information about career counseling, which could be use when entering into the labour market and decision making in the future.
