Bakalářská práce s názvem "Implementace kariérového poradenství do vzdělávacího programu konkrétní střední odborné školy", se v teoretické části zabývá charakteristikou pojmu kariérové poradenství a definováním jednotlivých jevů, které ho ovlivňují. Praktická část je věnována analýze stávající míry aplikování kariérového poradenství na vybrané střední odborné škole a následnému navržení její efektivnější a širší implementace. Cílem práce je posouzení současného stavu kariérového poradenství a zavedení přínosných inovací na konkrétní střední odborné škole, které by přinesly žákům hodnotnější, konkrétnější a širší informace, které využijí při vstupu na trh práce a rozhodování se o své další kariéře. The bachelor´s thesis is called "Implementation of career counseling in the educational program of a specific secondary school", at theroretical part the thesis inquires the characteristics of career counseling and defines all individual phenomena that affects it. The practical part of this thesis analyzes current rate of career counseling application in a specific secondary school, following by proposal of wider and more effective ways of implementation. The main goal of this thesis is analyis of the current quality of career counseling in the specific secondary school, which would offer to students more specific and comprehensive information about career counseling, which could be use when entering into the labour market and decision making in the future.
