The Songs of Václav Jan Tomášek based on the Texts of Johann Wolfgang Goethe
Nosek, Jaromír ; Blecha, Zbyněk (advisor) ; Volavá, Iva (referee)
In my thesis, I analysed ten songs of my own choice by Václav Jan Tomášek in poems by Johann Wolfgang Goethe in a harmonic, melodic and formal way. I compared his approach to the techniques of Franz Schubert and I found certain parallels and differences. Both composers lived in the same period and although both of them had a similar opinion on the poems of Johann Wolfgang Goethe, they both composed in a completely different way. I also did an analysis of the singing technique and interpretation of these songs and I described the interpretative problems of each song in the aforementioned areas. I investigated diff erent attitudes and aspects of singing techniques of Libuše Márová. Jindřich Jindrák, Thomas Lippert and Magdaléna Hajóssyová when interpreting these songs. I did a deep analysis and I managed to find very specific details. The inclusion of the work is a record of the songs which I made together with my colleague Mgr. Magda Veličková. The record might be an inspiration and motivation for other students or singers when studying songs in Goethe's poems or other vocal compositions by this author. It might also serve to motivate people to further study his life and work. To conclude, I found out that thanks to Tomášek, the production of Czech composers of the nineteenth century, at least in the area of...

Tax base of corporate income tax
Zajíčková, Miroslava ; Kohajda, Michael (referee) ; Boháč, Radim (advisor)
74 Summary Income Tax Base of Legal Persons Legal regulation of tax base in our conditions is very complex and instable, because tax laws are being adjusted every year. The biggest problem in my opinion are references to Accountancy Act, because the amendments of this act have brought many new elements to accounting, that result in an inevitable need of performing non- accounting operations during the calculation of tax base for legal persons. Furthermore, I am not sure, whether the current tendency of decreasing the tax rate, can be sustained, particularly in the conditions of the present complicated economic situation. The impact on public budgets in the Czech Republic is the question. It is positive, when the setup of tax law reflects the current situation, but I think that too frequent changes to the taxation system - as they were done in the last years - do not suit the legal certainty. It is necessary to introduce regulation, that will be stable and simpler, because the present Income Tax Act is confused and unnecessarily complicated. I think that the proposal of a new Income Act, in its current shape, gives hope for taking the right direction. The Commission's proposal of common common consolidated corporate income tax base is a good idea, but it can also be a danger. It is necessary to consider...

Divorce and the legal regulation of relationship between parents and a child after divorce
Zelenková, Monika ; Frintová, Dita (advisor) ; Hendrychová, Michaela (referee)
61 6 Divorce and legal regulation of proportion of parents to the minor child for a period after divorce 6.1 Resumé This diploma deals with the Czech legal regulation of divorce of marriage and status of the minor child during and after the divorce procedure. In the second chapter, following the introduction, is described the divorce itself. The divorce is the only possible legal dissolution of the marriage throughout spouses' life upon the qualified breakdown. As demanded by law, the qualified breakdown has to be deep, permanent and the restoration of cohabitation cannot be expected. The Czech legal regulation recognizes tree forms of divorce, (i) non-contentious (consensual) divorce, (ii) contentious divorce and (iii) divorce with harshness clause. Non-contentious divorce (hereinafter referred to as "consensual divorce") was amended in our legal regulation in 1998 by the act No. 91/1998 Coll. In my opinion this consensual divorce is the best how to dissolve the marriage from the point of view of the protection of the child's interests. The advantage of the consensual divorce is that spouses have to set off all their rights and obligations relating to their marriage (i.e. property relations, living situation, agreement on the status of the minor child after the divorce, … etc.). Without any doubt the...
