Urban green spaces and its institutional framework

The thesis Urban green spaces and its institutional framework attempts to analyze different cases of urban green spaces foundation and administration in which various public and private entities act. Based on these foundations it tries to come with an overview of the most important forms of provision of greenery in cities. Through research of available literature we came to the understanding that greenery in urban environments is not just a result of municipal service provided by a public authority but to its foundation, administration, financing and maintenance contribute also other entities. The overview created in the thesis is not exhaustive but can serve as an inspiration for various subjects at a time when local public authorities do not have sufficient resources to ensure satisfactory range and quality of public green.

Educational system in France and in the Czech Republic

1 Summary In the Thesis the author engages is contemporary education which has significantly changed in the last decade. Since the system evolves ceaselessly, he only displays a certain part of its evolution. The author, who is a French Language and Literature student at the Faculty of Education of Charles University, seeks to outline contemporary French educational system on the basis of its juxtaposition with Czech system. In the first chapter he concerns the International Standard Classification of Education ISCED (the French abbreviation is CITE) as a common basis for the systems' comparison. He justifies its use and describes its purpose. He also mentions its history, structure, and uses it in the following chapters as a foundation for definition of individual educational degrees. In the subsequent chapters he focuses on particular schooling stages proceeding from nursery schools to higher secondary education. To maintain a coherent structure of the study, he describes similar criteria and aspects for each of the schooling degrees, such as structure, organisation, students' admission criteria, their certification, evaluation and the content of education. The aesthetic education of adults (theoretical case)

The paper deals with the analysis of theoretical basis of the aesthetic education. This analysis may serve as the starting point for a specific education program project. The method of the paper is based on the analysis of major works of aesthetics, psychology, philosophy, sociology and other fields. The paper explains basic concepts of aesthetics, visual perception, interpretation and thought. The focus is also on culture as the major influence on perception. The result of this part shows the importance of aesthetic experience to the overall human development and the importance of education in aesthetic perception. The description of specific education methods is focused mainly on the current trends in gallery education with regard to the specifics of the adult education. The conclusion of the paper is resumed in the outline of the possibilities of the development and further advance of aesthetic education in the broad context of social science.

Profitabilty and costs of banking products in the Czech market

This bachelor thesis is aimed to be an accurate and detailed analysis of profitability and costs of bank deposits and loans for individual clients in the Czech market with possibility to make a comparison of the advantages of the Czech banks' products. Moreover, in general, the thesis tries to refute or confirm the criticism about the magnitude of bank fees in the Czech Republic. The principle of the analysis is based on a comparative tool designed in MS Excel containing defined parameters in the form of actual fees and interest rates and the appropriate formulas of financial mathematics, thanks to which, it is able to calculate the return on the deposit or total costs of loan products. The final amount is calculated for specific flexibly entered inputs such as the amount of the deposit or loan repayment period. This tool is an electronic attachment to this work.

Comparison of simulation programs and their application

Abstract (eng): This diploma paper compares available software for simulations. These are MATLAB, WITNESS, SIMUL8, SIMPROCESS and CRYSTAL BALL. In the first part, the dynamic simulations are explained, its methodic, purpose, areas of implementation and after that it describes the simulation of Monte Carlo type. These are the basic types of simulations used by programs mentioned in this paper. After a short introduction follows detailed description of the system requirements, user interface and the principles of working with these programs, that contains also a definition of basic function blocks. This paper also describes another important information like price, available licenses and in the attachment the pictures of the programs interface. The next part of my paper is based on analyze of observed articles, which concern this special area of interest. I try to describe the usage of this software on a market, area of application or eventually a type of simulation. The information from data assimilation are ordered in transparent tables and visualized on a graphs and diagrams. At the end is the final summary, which I believe will be beneficiary for the readers.

The objective of this thesis is to describe an operative controlling in the division, reveal its deficiencies in margin recording and propose improvements to the system. Further, to calculate the amount of administrative expenses of the division in years 2006 -- 2008 (including the plan for 2009) and evaluate its progression regarding the incomes. The thesis is divided into two parts- The first part forms a theoretic basis in the area of price splitting, calculation and operative controlling. The second part is focused on actual problems in operative controlling of Dalkia Česká Republika, a.s. -- Divize Praha.

ANALYSIS OF LOGISTIC PROCESSES IN LOMBARDINI SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. ,

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe logistic processes which are running within the particular company and which are inevitable for continuous and effective production in accordance with customers' demands. Further, the purpose is to identify main deficiencies of these processes on the ground of the author's theoretical knowledge in the logistics sphere, and to propose potential improvements. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical section is focused on the definition and development of logistics, as a tool for increasing effectiveness and competitiveness of the company. Part of this section is also a description of the concept of minimizing total logistic costs. Second, practical section describes logistic processes and tasks as they are performed in selected company. In this section, author focused mainly on purchasing, warehousing, and material flow through out the company during the whole process of production of final product. As a part of this block is also a identification of main deficiencies and proposed improvements. Internetový marketing

Práce charakterizuje jednotlivé složky internetového marketingu (služby internetu, rozbor a analýza webových stránek z pohledu marketingu, marketingový mix na internetu, reklama na internetu a marketing ve vyhledávacích strojích), přičemž nezbytný teoretický základ autor doplňuje o analytický nadhled ? jehož výsledkem je několik teoretických přístupů a analýz, především v kapitole věnované marketingu ve vyhledávačích. Základem této analytiky je kromě teoretických znalostí, rovněž značné množství praktických znalostí, které autor získal na základě reálně provedené internetové kampaně. Zaznamenání průběhu a výsledků této kampaně je jedním z cílů práce. Získaná data, statistiky a vynucené změny v průběhu kampaně vedou k celé řadě informačně hodnotných postřehů a doporučení především z oblasti marketingu ve vyhledávačích. Přílohou práce je kompletní popis a charakteristika všech, pro český trh důležitých, systémů využívající PPC kontextové reklamy.

Implementing nursing process into practise, nurses' look to nursing documentation in local hospital in Mladá Boleslav

Bachelor's thesis deals with implementing nursing process into nursing documentation in local hospital in Mladá Boleslav. It describes a method of nursing process and nursing documentation on theoretical level. It also deals with legal consequences of documentation administration. Basis of the thesis is created by research inquiry on the level of knowledge in the area of nursing process with two groups of nurses. The findings of the knowledge are compared at both researched samples. In conclusion of the research inquiry of this thesis, administration of nursing documentation on the ward of physiotherapy in local hospital in Mladá Boleslav is assessed.

Analysis of the minimum wage effects on the unemployment in the Czech Republic

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat vliv minimální mzdy na nezaměstnanost a posoudit velikost a charakter tohoto vlivu. Analýza by měla zhodnotit, zda je ekonomicky efektivní zavádět institut minimální mzdy v rámci mzdové struktury, v případě České republiky, zda má smysl institut minimální mzdy zachovat a pokud ano, za jakých podmínek a jaké parametry by měla mít v České republice. První část práce vysvětluje pojem minimální mzda, její vznik, funkce a ekonomické teorie, které se jí zabývají. Druhá část se věnuje institutu minimální mzdy v České republice, sleduje vývoj jejích sazeb. Zkoumá souvztažnost minimální mzdy a alternativních příjmů a dávek a její vliv na nezaměstnanost v České republice. Závěrem se snaží najít možné optimální úrovně minimální mzdy.
