Multileveled schooľs teacher specific qualities and professional preparation

The thesis titled Multileveled school's teachers specific qualities and professional preparation focuses on finding specific qualities of multileveled schools, qualities of their teachers in the area of professional competence and quality of institutions for training future teachers. The theoretical background is applied to the research section. Depth group interview, observation and analysis of written sources reveals the essence of teachers' work at multileveled school with all its specifics. Summarize the results and try to find the relations between the observed and the specifics of their qualities. Can not say unequivocally that the multileveled schools'specifics and specific teachers skills are quality guarantee. The teacher always depends his knowledge, skills, values, attitudes and personality traits and the initial training and continuing professional development, as consider the quality of their work and how to proceed further development. Even though specific teacher's job may be a part of a potential professional qualities that teachers want to develop.
Benefit analysis of employee management and development by competencies

The paper presents the benefits of employee management and development by competencies. The work has a theoretical and empirical character and it is dividend into six parts. The first two parts focus on the theories of an organizational strategy and the concepts of the competency approach in HR management and development in general. The practical application of the organizational strategy and competency approach in HR processes of an international company Cemex is critically observed in the third and fourth part. The analysis conducted on the basis of a "focus groups" among managers of Cemex constitutes the fifth part of this paper. The purpose of this analysis is to objectify the benefits of competency approach of the management and development in this organization. The sixth part summarizes the conclusions of the paper. Teacher's self-reflection as part of his/her pedagogical competencies

This diploma thesis deals with self-reflection of a teacher as one of his key pedagogical competencies. The theoretical part is dedicated to defining a teacher as a reflective teacher. In this part, the significance of a self-reflection in a teacher's work and its influence on his consequential pedagogical activities is emphasised. This thesis describes various methods of self-reflection that teachers can use when self-reflecting. Selfreflection of teacher's work can be an incentive towards improving his further work and contribute to professional growth of a teacher and his lifelong learning. The practical part of this thesis is focused on frequency of self-reflection, its timing, use of self-reflective methods and consequent use of information found.

Diploma thesis addresses the issue of initial training of beginning teachers of primary school in Czech schools. Defines the requirements for successful integration of new employees, as well as suggesting possible standard procedures, methods and assesses the possibility of their use in the school environment. It describes the role of supervising teacher and the meaning of its existence. The task of the practical part is to find out with which kinds of educational activities beginning teachers have problems. In interviews with experienced teachers, we tried to clarify whether at the time of their beginnings had the same problems as current teachers and we wonder on what skills and knowledge should be students of faculties of education trained better. Professional competencies of nursery school teachers

The thesis deals with the professional competencies of teachers of nursery schools. The theoretical part focuses on contemporary education of nursery school teachers and its history in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on professional competencies. Besides defining the concept of professional competence and their various concepts. Czech education preschool teachers is contrasted with the situation in Europe. The main aim of the research part of the thesis is to describe the differences between differently educated teachers of kindergartens within the conceptualization of professional competencies. The investigation is specifically compared how teachers assess the importance of professional competence and adequacy of their development in the initial training. The survey includes pilot study and private research. Pilot study includes data collection questionnaires and structured interviews for the four case studies with differently educated preschool teachers. Own research is realized in the form of questionnaires with different educated preschool teachers and structured interviews with experts on preschool education. The goal of my bachelor thesis is to describe personal and professional requirements for leisure pedagogy. In chapters I present terminology, personal and professional aspects of leisure educator, legal aspects of leisure educator, leisure pedagogy as a helping profession including its personalization and following professional use of leisure educator. I summarize this knowledge in a conclusion and I profile personality of a leisure educator with an appeal for openness for further research.

My diploma thesis deals with problems of viewing of teachers who work in primary school on their profession. There are elaborated facts, which deals with an activity, problems, competences, roles, prestige, a salary and a social status of this profession in the theoretical part. There are elaborated interviews with teachers in the practical part who responded how they perceive their occupation, what they think about it from the view of working content, professional problems, etc.

The personality of teacher influences quality of education. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to show the social responsibility of the nursery teacher profession in context with the need and the necessity of the lifelong learning. Theoretical part of this thesis is dealing with the social responsibility of education. It defines the terms education and learning firstly in general than from the social point of view. It presents the importance and the actual conception of preschool education. It defines also personality and professional competences of the nursery teacher. Practical part is devided into two parts ? it pursues offer of the educational organisations and via questionnaire it finds out the needs of teacher in relation to further education. On the base of comparison it determines the recommendations for the organisations of further education.
Changing Kindergarten Teacher professional Competence in Relation to Age and Experience

The question of structure and importance of professional competencies of teachers has been addressed by a number of pedagogues. The matter has been approached from different perspectives and numerous models were generated. Though a uniform definition has not been reached so far, in essence, all the models express the same fact: the preparedness and readiness of teachers for their profession. The aim of the thesis is to point out the possibility of changes in the perception of professional competencies of teachers in kindergarten with age and length of their professional experience. The theoretical part deals with the concept of professional competencies of kindergarten teachers in the current changing role of pre-school teachers. It mainly introduces the general concept of competence, professional competence and features their definition, meaning and structure. Concurrently it presents several models of professional competencies by leading experts. It further describes the formation process of these skills during the preparation of pre-school teachers to their profession. Subsequently, it warns against the routine practices carried out in the kindergartens and outlines the main skills that could help preventing them. The practical part is processed using the method of questionnaire survey of kindergarten teachers. The questionnaire aims to determine how the professional competencies are perceived by the teachers in relation to their age and length of practice and to map and describe some routine practices that tend to persist in the Czech kindergartens.

The thesis has a theoretical and empirical nature. It focuses on issues of teacher's personality and view of 2nd Primary school for her. The first part describes personality traits, teacher and diverse teaching styles. It defines the professional competence of teachers, such as competence and communicative competence reflect on their activities. Attention is paid to define the characteristics of "good" teachers, who are the authority, assertiveness, emotional stability, sense of humor, fair evaluation, creativity and flexibility. In conclusion, the theoretical part of the established requirements and objectives for the current school teachers and the teaching profession The influence of personality. The practical part presents the results of quantitative research, which was written the method of questioning. The data obtained explain the view of 2nd Primary school teacher and a personality show, which features students assessed as significant and which forms and methods of work adopted positively.
