94 THESIS TITLE LAND CONSOLIDATION AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION RESUME The aim of my thesis is a partial analysis of the relationship amongst land consolidation process, reinstatement of private property after 1990, environment and private property constitutional protection. The process of land consolidation is a special tool, which helps to create preconditions for rational land keeping. The special legal statutes (mainly law No. 139/2002 Sb.) that regulate the land consolidation in the Czech Republic, creates a framework for these operations. The thesis includes a land consolidation historical overview, which is the key to the understanding of the land consolidation consequences for private property and relating landscape changes. The next chapter depicts the land consolidation importance, in the process of post communist private land property transformation in the 1990's. This further outlines the most important changes of the new land consolidation law, which came into force on 1st January 2003 (statute no. 139/2002 Sb.). These chapters form a context for the characterization of the land consolidation realization process (according the statute no. 139/2002 Sb.), including possible assets for the environment and agricultural land resources protection, and water management, which are...

Title: Possibilities, how patients NIDDM can use physical activities Leader: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, Csc. Aim: The intend of this work, based on the study of literature, is to explain key words, which are connected with diabetes mellitus and difference between first and second type The main aim is to evaluate influence of physical activities for patients with NIDDM and draw an analogy how a diabetic can improve your heath doing physical exercises Methods: Study of literature and other sources (internet, lectures) on the chosen topic. Method for assessing the effect of exercise and its accuracy, I chose four characteristic points for motion training: a form of exercise, intensity of exercise, type of exercise and duration of exercise, known by the acronym F.I.T.T. These points are evaluated individually due to the patient with the disease diabetes mellitus II. Results: From this work shows that regular physical activity leads to losing some weight, lowering blood glucose and blood pressure, improving well-being and so it reduces the risk of associated diseases. It must be the principles of F.I.T.T., individualized for each patient. Transformation of applications into SaaS model
Cvrček, Jaroslav ; Gála, Libor (advisor) ; Kruml, Aleš (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the definition of transformation process of the "appropriate" application into Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution model. For this purpose, it describes the SaaS model and evaluates its pros and cons in four points of view -- developer, distributor, customer and user. Following parts of the model description are an estimation of the future evolution of the SaaS model, the introduction of application SaaS Platforms and the specification of appropriate application for the SaaS model. Next chapter deals with the specifications of the application distributed in the Software as a Service model. These specifications define all needed application properties that have to be implemented in the transformation process. These specifications are for example differentiation of customer data and administration access, configuration and customization, application and data security, business and pricing model, service level agreement etc. The last chapter deals with the formulation of the transformation process of the application into SaaS model. Individual activities of the process are closely described and demonstrated on the preparation of details for the transformation of the web-based application Audit Information Tracker into SaaS model.

European Union as an "Area of Justice" (Civil Matters)
Břicháček, Tomáš ; Šlosarčík, Ivo (advisor) ; Weiss, Tomáš (referee)
RÉSUMÉ (ABSTRACT) 1. Judicial cooperation in civil matters is an important area of the European integration that reflects the necessity to provide cross-border private law relations within the EU with legal certainty and judicial protection. This cooperation solves in an efficient way problems that would otherwise result from the differences between the private law systems of the individual Member States and from the independence and territorial limitation of their judicial systems. Its solution consists in the unification and harmonization in the field of the international private law. This method enables to these difficulties to be solved without the necessity o f a deeper interference with the private law systems of the Member States. Currently the area covers an essential part of the subject of the international private law, namely all its key areas - international jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement offoreign judicial decisions, determination of applicable law and legal aid among the courts throughout the Union. A bigger uncovered space is left in the field of applicable law, but there already exist new projects. Altogether, this area seems to be an organic functional complex, which bridges the territorial limits of the nationaljudicial systems. 2. This area is a very dynamic one. The European...

Laboratory examination methods in pregnancy focused on screening of congenital malformations in the fetus
SPOUROVÁ, Jana
In my bachelor´s thesis, I deal with screening examination methods in pregnancy, focusing on revealing the risk of congenital developmental anomalies. It is a complex of examinations combining the laboratory determination of biochemical markers in the maternal serum with parameters of ultrasound screening. In the first and early stages of the second trimester the plasmatic protein A and a free beta sub-unit of chorio gonadotropin is examined. The examination is combined with the ultrasound examination of nuchal translucency. In the second trimester of pregnancy, most often in the 15-17th weeks of the pregnancy it consists of the determination of alfa- fetoprotein and choriogonadotropin, sometimes moreover with the non-conjugated estriol. In the laboratory of the clinical biochemistry Privamed of the Municipal Hospital in Plzeň I measured 60 samples of maternity serum for screening in the first trimester and 60 samples for screening in the second trimester on the Roche Elecsys 2010 appliance. I evaluated all the samples in the co-operation with the laboratory for Genetics Plzeň s.r.o. in Alpha software, processing the entered values of biochemical markers, the values measured by the ultrasound and the clinical data of the patient. Out of 60 samples for the first trimester screening, 2 were positive for trisomy of the 21st chromosome and 1 for trisomy of the 18th chromosome, the remaining 57 were negative. Out of 60 for screening in the second trimester, 3 samples were positive for trisomy of the 21st chromosome and 2 for the defects of the neural tube. The positive screening, however, does not mean the presence of the defect, only the increased risk of occurrence. The woman with the positive result of screening are being offered mostly one of the methods of the prenatal diagnostics, for the performance of which taking the amniotic fluid or chorionic villus is necessary, which is invasive for the woman. Prenatal diagnostics focuses first of all on the determining the karyotype of foetus.

Health hazards perception of intravenous application of psychoactive drugs in addicted group
PROKŠOVÁ, Michaela
The addiction psychoactive substances currently represents a major problem. The number of users of such substances has been increasing. The intravenous application of psychoactive substances is associated with many health risks. Transmission and spreading of infection is associated mainly with frequent sharing and use of needles, syringes and other instruments among the users. In recent years the spreading of hepatitides (particularly VHC) has been reported as one of serious consequences of addiction to psychoactive substances, particularly in case of intravenous application. Protection against the spreading of diseases consist mainly in the prevention. The objective of the thesis is to verify whether the people addicted to psychoactive substances are aware of risks of transmission and spreading of infectious diseases (particularly VHC) as a result of intravenous application. The research was conducted on a group of drug addicts intercepted in the network of contact center and on a group of drug addicts in a therapeutic program of a psychiatric facility. I have used the method of inquiry in the form of questionnaires. In the thesis I set five hypotheses. The first, the third and the fifth hypotheses have been confirmed. The second and the fourth hypotheses have not been confirmed. The results of the research may be used by facilities providing low-threshold services as a part of secondary and tertiary prevention and harm reduction. It may also serve as source of information for workers dealing with anti-drug issues.
