Formula 1 as a Sport and Social Phenomenon in the 1950s and 1960s

Bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of races formula 1 as a Sport and Social Phenomenon in the 1950s and 1960s. The author focused in the introduction on recapitulation beginning car races from 1894. The main part of thesis regards world championship in Fifties and Sixties. The author analysed particular seasons of the championship and concentrated on career of the best drivers - champions (for example Guiseppe Farina, Juan Manuel Fangio, Albert Ascari etcetera) as well as drivers, who didn't win world title (for example Stirling Moss) or Jochen Rindt (he got world title in memoriam, but in 1970 and this is not observed period). Analysis of running the most important teams follows (Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes, Lotus and McLaren).

Racing of physically disabled sailors on 2,4 mR Class

Title: Racing of physically disabled sailors on 2,4 mR class Object of the work: Compare control of a ship by two physically disabled individuals who are able to perform circuit racing sailing on 2.4mRclass. Methods: Case study of sailing of physically disabled on ship 2.4mR class. Results: The results show that sailing of physically disabled is much more demanding sport than other sports for the disabled. Further, they show what individual handicaps complications bring and subsequent overcoming of these obstacles. Finally, these results may help to improve conditions in various clubs, to build wheelchair access, technical solutions of boats or in general the expansion of this sport for the disabled. Effecting exercise regimen of children at younger school age

Title: EFFECTING EXERCISE REGIMEN OF CHILDREN AT YOUNGER SCHOOL AGE An alternative form of triathlon contest as a possibility to build a positive relationship to physical activity in children Objectives: To compare motion and diet patterns and basic parameters of body constitution in selected children divided into two groups: a random population and a population of children devoted to a specific physical activity - triathlon. The aim was to focus on contests organization and management, identify its weak points and suggest a suitable alternative with the ambition to bring children closer to any of disciplines triathlon is consisting of or to triathlon itself in a longtime fashion. Methods: Body height and weight measurements, BMI calculations. Questionnaire survey. Arrangement of a triathlon contest in its new alternative way. Evaluation. Results: A group of children actively doing triathlon shows more balanced distribution of body weight in comparison with data obtained when measuring random children during PE lessons at schools where cases of obesity and underweight were found. Business, its sale and rent

The recent nature of the topic "Business, its sale and rent" clearly shows the social need that character of the enterprise as an object of business relationships and contracts for the sale of the business and the lease of the business is actively used. The company represents an important element which belongs to the business environment, and with the company as an object of legal relations may the businessman dispose - for example, a company can sell or hire. For the existence of the company and contract types associated with the enterprise is critical for a legal anchoring of these institutes. Enactment of these institutes is now primarily based on the Commercial Code, but in the ongoing recodification process of civil and commercial law will be the primary legislation under the New Civil Code, although it will modify the present time and the absolute business obligations. The law of contracts, which include a contract for sale of the business and the contract for the lease of the business will be "moved" by the rules of the New Civil Code. Company at a stage where is not a subject of the influence of contracts for the sale of the business, or the lease of the business, can be analyzed in terms of its "static" phase. Analisys of legislation recodification influencing company appraisement with further influence on appraisement in accounting

Diploma´s thesis is focused on analysis of recodification of private law of the Czech Republic, which was released at the beginning of 2014. Attention is mainly paid on the part of the recodification of private law, which is connected with commercial corporations. The thesis is focused on the law number 89/2012 Sb., nový občanský zákoník and also the law 90/2012 Sb., o obchodních společnostech a družstvech, which are valid since January 1th 2014. The facts of findings are presented on a specific example of merger acquisition. The aim of this thesis is to point out possible problems connected with rectification and its following projection into the issue of company transformation.

Legal aspects of due diligence in the context of selling business

This thesis aims to judge the serviceability of the Angloamerican institutes of due diligence in the context of the European continental legal system, specifically in the context of the Czech legal system, in connection with selling business. The first part defines the term due diligence, describes the evolution of due diligence during time, distinguishes its different meanings and shows the content of the term. Furthermore, it introduces its division and particular types. The following parts deal with the legal regulation of the Purchase of Business Agreement and its essential procedural requirements. In the conclusion, the possible problems on which it is appropriate to focus on are mentioned.

This Bachelor's thesis describes the history and components of Public Relations. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of PR activities, which support the running race We Run Prague organised by Nike, Inc. By two questionnaires I will find out the level of public awareness of the race and company's PR activities and further I will examine the influence of building customer relationship and the loyalty to brand.
