The work deals with the question of the evaluation of nursery and primary schools' headmasters. The aim is to examine the evaluation systems of the establisher and, subsequently, to compare the theory and the practice of the human resources management. The theoretical part of the work proceeds of the general knowledge in the human resources management and informs about the education system's problems as a specific branch.
