This thesis deals with the analysis of labor supply for students from Faculty of informatics and statistics at University of Economics in Prague through the social networking site Facebook. The main goal of this work is to determine the current state of the labor market, in particular employment of students on part-time work. To meet this goal may need to be fulfilled another goals - compare the tools for monitoring social networking sites, create a test environment for analyzing unstructured data, evaluate requirements of potential employers for students from selected pages of Facebook. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, there are defined concepts of social networking, an overview of the Czech ICT sector, the current state of the labor market, research of scientific articles and other papers and statistics together with comparing tools for monitoring of social networking sites. The practical part contains description of the usage of analytical tools - ElasticSearch and Kibana, analysis and interpretation of the unstructured data, the process of applying methods and metrics for evaluation requirements of potential employers. The contribution of this thesis is an overview of the current state of the labor market. As the result, this thesis will contain advises for students and determine the most desirable properties, technology and skills for them.

The aim of my work was lives of people after leaving institutional care, specifically childrens homes. I studied and classify and eventually I provide comperhensive information on the issue. The work is trying to map the life style of former clients of children's homes, mainly in the area of employment. The work also explores of opportunities on the labour market and their real usage. I have chosen this topic because of my own commitment to the issue. I worked as social worker in the children home. And now I work as a street worker for the labour office in Prague. I am working for all Prague districts so I can see the clients of labour office in the whole capital. I can see the opportunities of the unemployed. I wanted know if the former clients of children's homes have a different possibilities than people who growed up in normal function families. Discriminatory practices of recruiters in the job search process in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis aims to describe and reveal discriminatory practices faced by candidates in the labor market in the Czech Republic. Using perspective and point of view of recruiters introduces an innovative element in examining discriminatory practices. Attention is paid to particular methods of recruitment, as they vary greatly. Each of them is targeting a different group of candidates for a job. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is theoretical, it introduces readers to the legislative regulation and protection against discrimination in the Czech law system. It shows the human capital theory, theory of queues and signals and personalist agenda. The second section is methodological, defining data and data collection methods. Following part is devoted to research itself, it describes the identified data from interviews with communication partners, which are then interpreted in the context of the theoretical background. Research among recruiters is focused on finding the characteristics of the ideal job candidate, fairness of admission process, but also to the used discriminatory practices. Final section brings the most important findings.
Person with visual impairment in the labor market and its socialization

The thesis focuses on the issue of person with visual impairment in the labor market and role of employment in the process of socialization of person with visual impairment. The thesis is divided into free chapters. The first chapter is devoted to characteristics of socialization, a description of development in adolescence and adulthood and socialization of visually impaired persons. The second chapter is devoted to education and employment persons with visual disabilities. The third charter comprises research part. The reseacrh part of the thesis contains description of the qualitative approach , brief characteristics of respondents and using analysis of interviews detect problem areas in employment of persons with visual disabilities. The thesis aims to map the difficulties, which the person with visual disabilities may encounter as a job applicant and describe the difficulties, which his or her may encounter in employment. It is also examinated, what is the role of employment in social life of person with visual impairment. Diffucult areas in the employment of persons with visual disabilities according to respondents are lack of information about the possibilities of employing visually impaired persons, in some cases, play a role prejudices of employers and their unwillingness to adapt the work...
Manageriness as Mothers. Life Stories that leads to Interruption of Social Concessions

In this short qualitative study, which is called "MANAGERINESS AS MOTHERS. LIFE STORIES THAT LEADS TO INTERRUPTION OF SOCIAL CONCESSIONS…", author is dealing with the issue of combining family and working life in lives of Czech women in managerial positions. Eight communication partners that participated in this study show us with their life story, that even mothers can by professionally successful. In an analysis of interviews, subject such as planned motherhood, changes in lifestyle after the birth of a child, instruments that helps to harmonize family and working life, home care or the importance of education and money in lives of these women, are shown. At the end of the study the author comes to conclusion that their success costs not only on their determination and help from surrounding, but also on their financial possibilities, that their positions brings to them.
Employment of Persons Suffering from Mild Intellectual Disability in Kladno region

The aim of this thesis is to analyse employment of people suffering from mild intellectual disability. The thesis briefly describes those learning difficulties and selects a mild intellectual disability from a wide range of other mental disabilities. The text is based on the fact that people with learning difficulties are able to work, live in a family and become members of the society as well as to be independent citizens. However, there is a necessity to help those people not only with regard to their educational process, but also on the labour market, which is apparently highly competitive even for people without any special needs. The thesis is also focused on various possibilities of people suffering from learning difficulties in the terms of enabling them to get a job. In accordance with the regulation on mild intellectual disability people, the thesis suggests many of suitable positions within service industry. Owing to the fact that people with this type of disease are under protection of the law, and that there are some incentives for employers, nowadays it is much easier to find them a job. Dream about the Paradise on Earth in the Work of Dostojevskij

The dream about an earthly paradise, rediscovery of an original, absolutely harmonic paradisal life is, in Dostoevskij's opinion, one of the deepest and the most valuable dreams of the human heart. The spiritual course of any human being has its own history, it is born from thesis (babtism), goes through antithesis (crises) and finishes in synthesis (beauty). A man comes from the Eden Paradise and aims at heaven. So, a man in course of his spiritual life is in a real split into two paradises: the Eden Paradise from which he is coming from and the Kingdom of God where he is aiming at. The midpoint of the life course is accompanied by a crisis, that can also be described as separation from the the paradise. The characters of novels by Dostoevskij failed due to the fact, that they were not able to admit their presence between two "paradise states" and so their ideas about earthly paradise establishment were being corrupted.
