The Outbound Mobility of Higher Education Students from Kazakhstan

As many other young and developing countries, Kazakhstan is also trying to implement various educational reforms to get stabilized and improve its education system after the collapse of the USSR. Respectively, the country carried out certain reforms and internationalization projects in higher education system to move and keep pace with today's globalized and internationalized times. However, an insufficient number of researches have been carried through to investigate and analyze the follow - ups of the internationalization process and its consequent outbound mobility specifics. This particular research paper explores the higher education internationalization projects implemented by Kazakhstan, and their subsequent dynamics, figures, funding, and many other detailed data. Moreover, it investigates both explicit and implicit factors impacting the outbound mobility of Kazakhstani higher education students on the basis of both qualitative and quantative methods, giving certain recommendations how to tackle the obstacles successfully. Europeanization of selected non-governmental organizations dealing with integration policy

This diploma thesis examines the Europeanization of selected Czech non-governmental organizations that are dealing with integration policy. The issue of non-state actors and their Europeanisation requires special attention in view of the fact that it is linked to the participation of civil society in the European area, which offers non-governmental organizations new opportunities and resources that can further shape them. The thesis examines Europeanization in three types of cooperation - in financial resources, the involvement of organizations in European networks and in expert resources. The core of this research was the question of the extent to which we can talk about the Europeanization of financial resources and/or the internationalization of expertise among the surveyed actors. At both of these levels, the European Union has proved to be an important source of funding as well as a political arena where new ties can be established between like-minded actors. However, contrary to the financial cooperation, cooperation in sharing expertise was not found in all organizations that were examined. Internationalization Activity Plan for Selected Organization

The thesis is focused on the creation of a plan of internationalization activities for the Brno University of Technology, the aim of which is to raise the awareness of the organization abroad, specifically at universities within the European Union. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the individual concepts and analyzes that are furtherly used in the following parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current situation in the organization and serves as a basis for the proposals. In the proposals of the thesis, a plan of internationalization activities of the university is created.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá historií a problematikou lokalizace videoher. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První je teorie, která bude obsahovat počátek počítačových her až po přítomné videohry. Zároveň se bude zabývat lokalizací a problémy, které okolo ní jsou. Bude obsahovat termíny, které doprovází lokalizaci videoher jako jsou například transkreace, internacionalizace, uživatelské rozhraní, herní kód a spoustu dalších. Ukáže důležitost, proč by si měly společnosti dávat pozor na odlišnosti v kulturách a jaké mohou být následky. Druhá polovina se bude skládat z praktické části, kde se budou porovnávat různé hry a jejich způsob lokalizace.

Aim of the diploma thesis is to choose a suitable strategy for expansion of the selected company. The chosen company based in Brno develops web content management software. The strategy is made based on analyses of external environment – potential market for entry, analyses of internal environment of the company and its financial analysis. The last part of the thesis consists of suggestions and proposed solutions.
Strategy of input of Centropen Company on Chinese market

The company Centropen should consider expansion into foreign markets due to domestic market saturation. Successful foreign market penetration is not possible without deep analysis of target country. The goal of this thesis is to formulate entry strategy based on 4C analysis that includes Competition, Country, Cost and Customers perspectives at the Chinese market. This analysis help answering two research questions. The first one is focused on entry requirements to the Chinese market, the second one is the identification of proper entry strategy to this market for Centropen. The analysis was done using public secondary data sources (databases of CzechTrade, Ministry of Foreign affairs Czech Rep., BusinessInfo, Sinovia or Sovereign) at first. Secondly, Chinese market experts (from CzechTrade and Mr. Hrdina from Zdas company) were interviewed. The results of analysis showed that the proper entry strategy seem to be an export with establishing a representative office in Shanghai. The product should be global with some specification for the Chinese market. The differentiation strategy based on quality production of blowing felt-tip pens can be the way for competitiveness.
Small business and international entrepreneurship

Small and medium-sized enterprises together with start-ups are highly important in the nowadays economic environment. Such companies contribute raise of employment, stimulate the economic growth and innovation development. However, not all start-ups can survive more than five-year period. Support from government and private investors can help to overcome such problems. Moreover, SMEs internationalization and global functioning can support businesses during the tough times. The goal of the Master thesis is to analyze business environment for SMEs on the EU scale and to identify the opportunities and borders faced by SMEs. A more in-depth analysis is conducted on the example of three countries: Czech Republic, Germany and Italy. In order to get better picture of start-up procedures and companys operation, the example of business plan analyses for micro business is provided.
Importance and development of Chienese renminbi ceonvertibility

The subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the importance and development of Chinese renminbi convertibility. The paper describes the development of the yuan exchange rate, whose value is still largely decided by the PBOC. It also seeks to identify the growing role of the renminbi on the international scene despite its financial account that is still not completely liberalized. Last but not least, the Chinese trilemma is described here, with the renminbi convertibility being an integral part of this issue. Once China decides to solve the trilemma, one of the possible outcomes is the full renminbi convertibility. The paper also tries to identify the possible impacts that would occur in the event of the full renminbi convertibility.
