TITTLE: Violence in Czech Football and Hockey Stadiums AUTHOR: Bc. Tomáš Sekan DEPARTMENT: Department of Physical Education SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Ladislav Pokorný ABSTRACT: The thesis 'Violence in Czech Football and Hockey Stadiums' is focusing on the supporters' violent and agressive behavior during competitive games in the Czech Republic. This thesis is studying all parties involved (football hooligans, police officers, a psychologist) and concentrating on the public opinion on this specific subject and stadium visits themselves. Interviews, questionnaires, observation and content analysis were all used for the purposes of this thesis. Subsequently, the thesis is analyzing available resources to understand what actions are currently being taken by football and ice-hockey associations to fight the violence, and if these actions can be considered successful. Title: Marketing research of merchandising of Czech national football team Objectives: The aim of this work is to try out the position of registered users on the website www.fotbal.cz the breadth of supply and affordability of products, merchandising Czech national football team in official e-shop and stand in the stadium for home matches, the Czech national football team. The interpretation of the results to be obtained through marketing research, the task of proposing suggestions for improvements to current product offerings and optimize merchandising and increase awareness of the official e-shop merchandising Czech national football team. Methods: To obtain data from respondents was used method of electronic polling. Questionnaires were stored using the Internet with Google Docs. Results: Respondents expressed a comprehensive merchandising Czech national football team. Evaluation of the data was the basis for the determination of proposals and recommendations to improve the overall merchandising. Title: Security and safety on stadiums during sports matches Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the security measures at the Municipal Stadium in Opava, which are necessary for organizing a football match. Methods: For a perfect and identical description of security measures, the form of an interview with the director of the club FC Slezský Opava was chosen and the subsequent use of the club's internal documents, which were also obtained by the club director. Results: The result of the work is an exact copy of security measures and all the necessary documents that accompany every football match at the Municipal Stadium in Opava. Title: Attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to find ways of improving attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha based on data from marketing research. The goal of the thesis is designed in collaboration with FK Dukla Praha in a way that would provide them valuable data about their fans and their satisfaction with offered services. Methods: The method used in this thesis is marketing research. Its main part was made up of electronic survey using a questionnaire created specifically for the purposes of this thesis. The survey was supplemented by a semi-structured interview with a member of marketing team of FK Dukla Praha. Results: The results of this research revealed a few options that would lead to increase in attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha. Software for cameras configuration design of the panoramic system

This work deals with software design in C ++ language and with graphical output using OpenGL for scanning tribune lenses of cameras with different parameters so that the user lens configurations are known beforehand in order to create panoramic coverage of the stadium stadium. The principle of image capture, lens parameters, and formulas for calculating their appropriate layout on the stadium to collect a panoramic image together is discussed. These are: focal length, viewing angles, coverage calculations, image resolution. Furthermore, a draft program implementing the issue.

Water park Brno

Diploma thesis Aquapark Brno is directly connected with the previous specialist course "Sports Center Za Lužánkami Brno". This project dealt was focused on overall concept, architectural and urban study of this area with an emphasis on sports, recreation and relaxation. There was created a zone of predominantly professional sport in the southern part of this area. There were built football and ice hockey stadiums on the newly created terrace/platform. These stadiums are located approximately in the same places as their current (football) or non-existent (hockey) predecessors. The terrace/platform (parking is located under the terrace) continues, and the newly expanded Boby Hotel follows the recreational sports zone with an Aquapark and outdoor sports grounds located behind the existing Tesco shopping centre. There is formed a new park in north of the sports grounds forming a recreational-relaxation zone on the territory of Planýrka. The existing building of a 50 meter swimming pool dominates the area of Aquapark. It was built in 1979 according to the project architect Otakar Oplatek. However this object no longer meets the requirements of today's visitors or athletes. The new building which includes a twenty-five meter tall swimming pool with a background is being added to the existing building. So there is a separable swimming area created here, which can serve both - swimmers and teenagers or professional athletes. There is a good possibility of racing as well. The new building connects eastward to the building of the roofed Aquapark partially hidden beneath the terraces and resting areas. These three through-flowing but mutually separable objects together with the platform define the area of the outdoor aquapark. He is also separate off from the noisy Sportovní street, but it has a sufficient supply of sunlight. Architectural study of the cycling stadium / runway / Favorit Brno / on the open space in.

This diploma thesis looks into the area for sport and recreation in Brno-Komárov. The main part is the project of new arena for track cycling for Favorit Brno. Part of the assignment is also the solution for urban plan and redevelopment of the large area in the south of Brno in city district Brno-Komárov. Urban plan design is framed as conversion of the whole space into sport activities area for broad public. The velodrome itself is based on the idea of a bicycle and its parts as architecturally interesting part of the building, in this case particularly lacing of a wheel. Stadium could become new landmark for its surroundings and draw attention of the general public.
