In this part it deals with the legislative framework determining the actual practice of Math education at the Czech elementary schools: curricular documents emitted by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, preparation, qualification and further education of pedagogical workers - Math teachers; briefly it explains the inclusive education in today Czech Republic. Dance and movement education as a new field in the Framework education programme for primary education

The bachelor thesis Dance and Movement Education as a New Field in the Framework Education Programme for Primary Education attends to characterization of dance and movement education as a field. It considers its embodiment in primary education's curriculum, defines its educational goals and field content and adverts to its contribution for education of primary schools' students. In the first part the Framework Education Programme and its development are introduced. The second part considers the dance and movement education outside the context of Framework Education Programme for Primary Education, provides information of basic principles and activities. The third and fundamental part consists of dance and movement education within the purview of Framework Education Programme for Primary Education. The goals and competences developed by dance and movement education are defined in more detail. Mutual goal and content interconnectiveness to other educational fields is emphasized. The thesis comes to a conclusion that dance and movement education as a new field of primary education can provide a suitable room for versatile development of students' personalities and hence help to fulfill the main goals of primary education.
Influence of methods RWCT on improvement of pupil's comunication skills

The thesis is focused on the programme Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking (RWCT) and its influence on the pupil's communication skills. The theoretical part provides factual information relating to the topic. It describes communication, communication skills, the status of communication in the Framework Education Programme for Primary Education and summarizes the information about the programme RWCT, its objectives, content and methods. The practical part deals with the influence of methods RWCT on improvment of pupil's communicative skills. It compares lessons at two elementary schools in terms of time, which is spended with pupil's communication, at which they have to express their own thoughts and opinions.
Real application of art education content to children with individual education plan

The purpose of this theses is to determine a rate of real fulfillment of educational goals in the art education. As a research method there will be used a case study of four pupils in the secondary school with an individual educational plan. The study will focus on real application of the educational content of the art educaion for these children. The author will find out to what extent and if it is even possible to achieve educational goals for children with individual education plan in real art education classes at a standard elementary school. Using several art activities, she will diagnose the achieved level of individual educational objectives in the art education. For a better idea, there will be also offered a comparison of the secondary school children without individual education plan, selected by random selection, with children from an art secondary school, who will be selected by random selection as well, and who are expected to be more talented and passionate about art activities.
Using of Teaching Methods in Lessons of Zoology at Lower Secondary School

The approach to teaching zoology in Framework of the education programme for lower secondary schools is analysed in this master's thesis. In the thesis, the particularities of active teaching methods, which are currently preferred in modern education, are described. In the theoretical part, the activities which might be used in the lessons of zoology were suggested. The activities are in accordance with the Framework of the education programme for primary and lower secondary schools. The objective is to develop pupil's key competences such as cooperation in groups, formation of student's attitudes and opinions, consolidation of working processes and development of fantasy. The outlines of lessons are focused on recognition of animals living in the Czech Republic. It is emphasized that pupils should be in contacts with animals in the wild nature which they learn theoretically at school about. Suggestions for organising excursions are aimed at certain type of animals. The goal is to motivate pupils to explore the nature. We suppose the more knowledge about nature we have, the more protection to the nature we are able to provide. Pupils with Diffrent Mother Tongue and Intellect Disabilities in elementary Schools

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of education of pupils with different mother tongue and intellectual disabilities. The theoretical part is focused on definition of the fundamental concepts which are narrowly associated with the subject. It speaks about pupils with intellectual disabilities and different mother tongue, their education which concludes framework education programmes and supporting measures and statistical data of number of pupils with different mother tongue. The practical part defines targets and and research questions, methodology and its subchapters delimiting technology of collecting the data, characteristics of research sample and analytical procedure. Lastly in this part we can find chapters with results of research and subchapter summarizing answers to the research questions. The last chapter is discussion and recommendation for practice. Possibilities of demography implementation in the classes at higher secondary education level Abstract The main goals of the diploma thesis are to evaluate the degree of implementation and the potential of demography during lessons at the higher secondary school level and to suggest specific activities that can be implemented within the lessons. It is the first thesis aimed solely at the didactics of demography. The work uses publicly available online databases of the Czech Statistical Office, the United Nations and the Population Reference Bureau. An analysis of syllabi of subjects from the first years of selected universities, a content analysis of selected secondary school textbooks and a Framework Education Programme were performed. The analyses show a large scope for the implementation of demography not only in the teaching of geography. The work is complemented by specific proposals of activities that can be used in teaching at upper secondary schools. Teaching volleyball in physical education classes at the primary and secondary school

Title: Teaching volleyball in physical education classes at the primary and secondary school Aims of work: The aim of this thesis was primarily focused on student's knowledge and experience with volleyball at primary and secondary school. A secondary aim was to find out what is the way the teachers teach volleyball. Methodology: The bachelor thesis was written based on the quantitative method. All data were obtained through anonymous questionnaires from physical education teachers and primary and secondary school students. Results: The results show that students from primary and secondary schools are interested in studying volleyball in a physical education class. Students have demonstrated knowledge of volleyball rules at a sufficient level and teachers have demonstrated optimal conditions for teaching volleyball in a physical education class. Value - based education using Method Persona Dolls

This thesis deals with Method Persona Dolls, which evolves children's approach and values, it is pre-eminently focused on empathy development, creativity, self-confidence, positive evaluation of others and forms of pro-social behaviour. The theoretical part is focused on the description of curriculum reforms and characteristic of curriculum documents in general, particularly on Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education. The theoretical part further deals with this method from the point of view of theoretical principles, methods of its use and contribution, but from the point of drawback as well, which can occur when using this method. The method is also analysed from the point of view of curriculum documents as a possible tool for key competencies development. In addition, it is concerned about emotional intelligence and grade-schoolers emotional development, values and emotion description. Furthermore, the concept of value-based education of Cyril Mooney will be concerned as next item. Comparison of textbooks of English and German for lower secondary schools from the point of view of vocabuary teaching

The Diploma Thesis deals with the comparison of English and German textbooks for lower secondary schools from the perspective of vocabulary. The aim of the theoretical part of this Diploma Thesis is to make the readers familiar with the theoretical concepts which deal with the vocabulary teaching and serve as the theoretical source for the processing of the practical part. The aim of the practical part is the analysis of given textbooks for teaching English and German languages at the lower secondary schools. The analysis is not going to be done only on the basis of the theoretical findings, but also on the basis of criteria, which will be determined in the introduction of the practical part. The textbooks are going to be analysed from the perspective of vocabulary at first and then mutually compared.
