A journey through time - prosect implementation in the after - school club by the school education programme

This bachelor's thesis deals with problems of creating of School education programme in after-school club with emphasis on mental, social and physical development of younger school age children. The thesis is divided into two parts. First part deals with function of leisure time relate to its pedagogic aspect. This part is also focused on after-school club and its importance, legislation and history. Last chapters of first part deal with appropriateness of School education programme. The second part of the thesis, the practical part, describes the realisation of the project "A journey through time" in the after-school club. This projects supports and develops natural interest in history of children. The goal of the thesis was finding out if the Project develops children's natural interest in history, improves their work in groups and betters their motoric skills. It results from realised observation that the Project really contributed to children's interest in history, project supported cooperation in groups and motoric skills were improved by use of various activities.
Implementation of the Man and Nature in the SEP of Grammar Schools from the perspective of manager

Final thesis analyzes some managerial skills SEP coordinators in the implementation of the Man and Nature to School Education Programmes. Verifies whether and to what extent the targeted use of managerial skills coordinators SEP especially from the perspective of communication. The work is based on the management theory of leadership. It uses the theoretical knowledge of the process of creation and effective functioning team. Another starting point for the documents related to curriculum reform in secondary schools in the Czech Republic. With the help of controlled structured interviews and additional survey was able to chart above issues and show some "best practices" applicable in other schools. Practical use of Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science Charles University in Prague for Education of Lower Grades of Primary School

The theme of this diploma thesis is Practical use of the Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague for Education of Lower Grades of Primary Schools. The main purpose is to chart current status of a theme of botanical garden in curricular documents, namely The Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education and School Educational Programmes of chosen elementary schools located in Prague 2. Further, the presence of this theme is explored in the sample of schoolbooks for the 4th and the 5th grades of elementary schools. There is a questionnaire survey realized among teachers of the 4th and the 5th grades in the schools listed above. The aim is to find out, how much the Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague is used for practical education. The results are shown in charts and graphs. The readiness of this botanical garden for practical education of lower grades pupils is found out by an interview with its vice-director. The next part of thesis contains planning and realizing a lesson with the 5th grade pupils. The lesson demonstrates a possibility of more frequent practical education in the botanical garden. Religious studies at selected grammar schools- abstract Lucie Schneiderová 2013 Abstract: This bachelor thesis Religious studies at selected grammar schools analyzes Framework education programme for secondary general education (grammar school) in relation to religious studies. Thesis analyse school education programmes: Gymnázium Nymburk, Gymnázium Na Pražačce and Arcibiskupské gymnázium in relation to issues relating to religious studies. The practical part, carried out using a questionnaire survey focuses on students opinions on religion education and its benefits. Benefits from studying religion can be expressed in the way how students understand subject matter, attitude towards new religious movements and concept of evil.

My diploma thesis focuses on the approach to family related curriculum at primary school. The theoretical part includes analysis of contemporary view of family in terms of psychology and sociology, summary of possible problems connected with the family related curriculum, some recommendations how to approach the family related curriculum and analysis of approach to this curriculum in FEP EE, three school education programmes and three sets of textbooks from primary education. The practical part examines the approach to family related curriculum from students' of teaching point of view.
The sign language current education at elementary schools for hearing impared

This bachelor thesis deals with the current situation of Czech sign language (CSL) acquisition at elementary schools for hearing impaired children. At first, the process of teaching CSL is explained, including sign language in the context of teaching curricula, existing didactic materials, testing children's knowledge in CSL, assessment in CSL and required personality traits and education of CSL teachers. This part is followed by description and explanation of ongoing problems and frequent questions connected with teaching CSL at schools for hearing impaired children. The results that can be found in my work are based on relevant specialized literature and visits two schools for hearing impaired in Vala ské Mezi í í and Praha Radlice where I had an oportunity to observe Czech sign language classes. Consequently, I discussed the situation with the Czech sign language teachers. A concrete result of this work is a conclusion that the most serious problem of CSL education is the lack of CSL didactic materials and vague position of the subject in school curriculum.I believe that my thesis will contribute to better mapping of the whole situation of Czech sign language teaching and its acquisition. Matýsková, P. (2010): Mathematical skills applied to the teaching of geography at secondary schools in the topic the Earth as a cosmic orb. Submitted diploma thesis deals with interdisciplinary relationships between mathematics and geography at grammar schools in the topic the Earth as a cosmic orb. The relationships are generally described from the point of view of three curriculum forms (intended, implemented and achieved). In the area of the intended curriculum there is an analysis of curriculum documents carried out, especially of the Framework educational programme and of selected school educational programmes. Subsequently, the links between selected secondary school textbooks of geography and mathematics are evaluated on the basis of required curriculum, its quality, intelligibility and occurrence of examples from the practice. The subchapters of the selected unit, in which an application of mathematical skills can be found, are defined in detail and specified on the basis of the carried analysis. The theme of my diploma thesis is: "Natural Science walks and excursions - the current state and their implementation at the second stage of elementary school." It has two basic parts. The first part defines the different approaches of different authors to the main topic, ie. the conception of walks and excursions and it is associated with major subtopics. The second part involves self-evaluation of realized draft of Natural Science walks. It is based on an analysis of surveys that were used for collecting of data. I drew from the study of specialized literature, Natural Science textbooks for second stage of elementary school, and selected substrates from Elementary school Horažďovice.
