This led to obtaining the opinion of the potential customers on the quality of on-line communication as it is the main tool used for marketing communication. The results of the testing and analysis of words were used to compile SWOT matrix analysis that shows the strengths and weaknesses of the company, opportunities and threats. The conclusion suggests changes that resulted from the analyses used. They relate to the completion of the web site of Fairtrade company and creating a mobile application that would mean the use of a new marketing communication tool.

Urban, Tomáš ; Lánský, Jan (advisor) ; Dvořák, Tomáš (referee)
Goal of this work was to design and test methods for creating and parsing input data from file or stream in a way they are optimalized for following compression algorithms. We used two runs through data, first run collected analytical data and second run was for parsing. First part of this document is focused on methods TD2 and TD3 [4] for trie compression and their extension for unicode alphabets. In second part there are presented methods for creating dictionary without considering partitiong on words or syllabels. All methods are considered over unicode alphabet and implemetned as part of modular program XBW.

Development of organic wine production and its trends in EU countries and the Czech Republic
Beránková, Anita
The diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the current situation in the industry of organic farming, particularly organic wine production in the Czech Republic and in the selected countries of the European Union. For the thesis, France, Italy and Spain are selected to be compared with the Czech Republic, due to the highest worldwide production of the organic wine in these countries. It compares the national and international environment of organic farming as well as of organic winemaking; compares political, economical, social, technological, legal and ecological factors. Further analyzed is competitive environment (by using of Porter's five forces model), industry life cycle, research on consumers of the industry (organic farming as well as organic winemaking) and information for customers. In the final part of results, SCOPE planning model summarizes the situation. The main goal of the thesis is to suggest changes and recommendations leading to improvements of the organic winemaker's position within the market of organic wine industry and organic industry in general. The main recommendations concentrate on enhancement of customer's awareness when it comes to the word "organic" and on bringing the organic wine closer to customers. The major event happened in 2012, when the legislation of the European Union passed new rules on labeling bottles containing wine made from organically grown grapes. From the 2012 harvest, organic growers are allowed to use the term "organic wine" on their labels. In 2012, total share of organic grape area to the conventioanl grape area in the Czech Republic was 6,1% and grew since 2004 by almost 20 times. French, Italian and Spanish proportion was approximately 2% higher respectively. The potential of the growth of consumption of organic wine in the Czech Republic is very high, but the foreknowledge and purchasing participation of customers on organic products in general is very low. Research on organic products has shown that only 20% of respondents were familiar with organic products. The same situation is represented by results of the research on organic wine, where 23% of conventional wine consumers have consumed organic wine at least once in their life. This is one of the reasons why it is necessary to use modern marketing tools to promote the organic wine and to increase the awareness. The popularity of organic wine is expected to grow steadily in future years.

PhDr. Luboš Jiráň, CSc. 2012 Abstract Miroslav Dobeš: Copper in Eneolithic Bohemia. Within Europe, there has been a rapid initial development of metalurgy in the Balkans, aproximatelly in the middle of the 5th Millenium B.C., in Central Europe this innovation has arrived sometime around 4000 B.C., or shortly afterwards. The present work is the first thorough analysis of the Czech Eneolithic copper industry, which is based largely on original documentation of findings and attempts to complete the synthesis of sources. The Importance of Public Health Protection and Veterinary Services Cooperation in the Prevention of Infectious Diseases
RICHTROVÁ, Daniela
The word infection is a term which causes uncertainty among people. After all, it is not too long ago when people were dying in pandemics of plague, cholera or influenza. A human can be infected by viruses, bacteria, fungal organisms or parasites, many of which can infect several animal species. Diseases transmissible from animals to humans are called zoonoses. For efficient surveillance of zoonoses the cooperation of both veterinary and hygienic services is required. Its aim is timely detection and elimination of infection sources. It is based primarily on pointed veterinary and hygienic-epidemiological surveillance. In this thesis, I focused on the importance of collaboration of veterinary and public health services in the prevention of infectious diseases. One of the objectives of this work is to compare the occurrence of selected human zoonosis diseases in South Bohemia in the years 2002-2010. The second objective is to compare the extent of anti-epidemic measures adopted by veterinary services and public health authorities. In this thesis, a qualitative-quantitative research was utilized. The research aimed to determine the importance of cooperation of public health authorities and veterinary services in the prevention of infectious diseases. The quantitative part of the survey was conducted through the method of secondary data analysis. In the qualitative part of the survey, a semi-structured interview was held with the head of the epidemiology department of the District Hygienic Station of České Budějovice and with the director of the Regional Veterinary Administration for the South Bohemian Region. On the basis of the results of the research and implemented interviews I came to this conclusion: 1) The co-operation during the transmission of infectious diseases is ensured sufficiently. 2) The range of anti-epidemic measures adopted in the veterinary field and in the field of public health is sufficient. This thesis can serve as an educational material for students studying Bachelor or Master Degree of public health protection, because as public health service employees they will deal with issues related to veterinary supervision in practice.
