Analysis of the Remuneration System in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the remuneration system in the selected company. The work is divided into two parts. The first part presents the theory needed to understand the second part. It explains the basic connecting with the issue of remuneration system. In the following part is evaluated the payroll system of company ČSAD STTRANS in the town of Strakonice. It is focused on provided benefits and their use by employees. In particular, structured questionnaires were used to obtain the data, supplemented by a controlled interview with half of the company´s employees. The information were processed and evaluated. Thanks to the recommendations, representatives of the enterprises can achieve more effective remuneration, leading to increasing the motivation of their employees and their overall satisfaction. The study should bring the greatest benefit to the top management of the selected company and other similarly structured companies.

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the proposal of changes in a motivation system in the chosen company. This thesis is consisted of three parts: theoretical, analytical and proposal. The theoretical part contains basic terms, definitions, and procedures in this issue. The analytical part includes the description of the company and analysis of the current state of a motivation system. The proposal part is consisted of the author’s own suggestions of improvement of the employees’ motivation system in the company in consideration of performed analysis.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of the total payroll concept in SWN Moravia, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter contains an explanation of basic concepts related to the payroll, the fringe and benefits system, internal and external influences acting on the remuneration system. The second section describes the current state of company,including the analysis of the payroll system of employees and the internal and external analysis of this company. The last part of the thesis is devoted to proposals for changes in the current payroll system.

The thesis analyzes the current system of benefits provided to employees in a particular company and contains a proposal for their improvement.

The masterś thesis is focused on the system of work motivation and employee satisfaction in a selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The analytical part evaluates the current system of motivation and remuneration of the company's employees, employee satisfaction in the field of remuneration, working conditions and interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the effects of internal and external influences on the system. Based on the performed analyzes, changes to the current system are proposed in order to increase employee satisfaction.

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of employee satisfaction in the agricultural cooperative AGRO - STONAŘOV, their motivation and rewarding. The work consists of three main parts. First part deals with theory and explains concepts for understanding selected issues. The second part introduces the company and analyses its current situation with the help of a questionnaire survey and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis, at the end of the thesis there will be presented proposals and recommendations for improving the current situation.
