Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování zaměstnanců a návrhy na změny ve vybrané společnosti. Dělí se na tři části. První část se zabývá systém odměňování z teoretického hlediska a vychází z odborných publikací. Druhá část analyzuje současný systém odměňování ve společnosti a vnější a vnitřní vlivy, které na něj působí. V poslední části jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení zavedeného systému. The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of employee remuneration and proposals for changes in the selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the remuneration system from a theoretical point of view and is based on professional publications. The second part analyzes the current system of remuneration in the company and external and internal influences that affect it. The last part contains suggestions for improving the established system.
