The issue of Goodwill as an integral part of the value of the construction company

The diploma thesis is focuses on the value of the goodwill and the value of the brand of the selected construction company and the methods currently used for their determination. In the theoretical part of the thesis are described basic theoretical terms, which relate to the issue of goodwill, brand, construction company and their value. I also describe methods of goodwill and brand calculation and managed interview method. At the end of the theoretical part, I described marketing planning. In the practical part of the thesis, the thesis deals with selected methods of valuation of goodwill value and value of company brand. I have set three hypotheses and questions about a controlled interview. At the end of my diploma thesis, I proposed marketing strategies to maintain and enhance the value of goodwill and company brand.
Marketing strategy for CRM IS

The Master’s thesis deals with the issue of the proposal of a marketing strategy in Melzer company in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of Information Systems (IS). It concentrates on modern marketing conception and emphasizes the necessity of effective CRM. It explains important factors in connection with successful CRM IS implementation. It analyses domestic market of CRM IS including information system QI which is supplied by Melzer company as well as an internal CRM atmosphere in the firm. In the practical part there are analytical conclusions and recommendations leading to the proposal of the marketing strategy. This should significantly enable the firm to penetrate into the market of CRM IS and become successful.
Marketing Strategy Proposal for a Company Entering the Polish Market

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem marketingové strategie pro vstup společnosti UGO Trade s.r.o. na zahraniční, konkrétně na polský trh. Návrh je reakcí na silné postavení společnosti na českém trhu s čerstvými šťávami a snaží se najít cestu k dalšímu rozvoji společnosti. V práci je za pomocí analýz vyhodnoceno jak interní, tak i externí prostředí společnosti. Finální návrh řešení je čerpán především z uvedených analýz, kde jsou navrženy kroky, dle kterých by se společnost měla držet, aby na zahraniční trh úspěšně vstoupila. Dále je v návrzích vypracovaný zjednodušený finanční plán pro první rok působení společnosti na trhu a plán pro další rozšíření restaurací do ostatních měst.

The main objective of thesis was, however, an analysis of spa tourism in Písek area, product portfolio assessment and treatment design wellness center. The main hypothesis is confirmed in the town of Pisek, we found a lack of supply of spa tourism and wellness. According to the situation analysis carried out by the town of Pisek is obvious that the territory has a lot to offer and there are also suitable locations for placing the new wellness center. For the newly designed wellness center was chosen hotel Biograf ***, which is located in a strategic location, near the historical center of the town of Pisek. The menu for wellness hotel Biograf*** includes the Finnish sauna and whirlpool. Since the hotel Biograf *** meet up participants of tourism while increasing influx of other possible funds that could leave the hotel guests in the wellness provided services, therefore it is the expansion of existing on-site wellness center, from which will benefit both sites-the customer as well as hotel Biograf ***. From the studies carried out, that fitness was as another part of wellness centers hotel Biograf***, demonstrated the greatest interest and thats the reason, why was the new expanded wellness center implemented to the proposal.
