Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo provedení analýzy lázeňského cestovního ruchu na Písecku, zhodnocení produktového portfolia a zpracování návrhu wellness centra. Hlavní hypotéza se potvrdila, ve městě Písku byla shledána nedostatečná nabídka lázeňského cestovního ruchu a wellness. Podle uskutečněné situační analýzy města Písku je zjevné, že toto území má co nabídnout a že jsou zde i vhodná místa pro umístění nového wellness centra. Pro nově navržené wellness centrum byl zvolen hotel Biograf***, který se nachází na strategickém místě, v blízkosti historického centra města Písku. V současné nabídce wellness pro hotel Biograf*** je finská saunu a vířivá vana. Jelikož chce hotel Biograf*** maximálně uspokojit účastníky cestovního ruchu a zároveň zvýšit příliv dalších možných peněžních prostředků, které by mohli hosté v hotelu zanechat za poskytnuté wellness služby, proto je zcela na místě rozšíření stávajícího wellness centra, z kterého bude mít užitek jak zákazník, tak i hotel Biograf***. Z uskutečněného výzkumu to bylo právě fitness, o které byl, jako další součást wellness centra hotelu Biograf***, projeven největší zájem, a proto bylo zpracováno do návrhu rozšířeného wellness centra. The main objective of thesis was, however, an analysis of spa tourism in Písek area, product portfolio assessment and treatment design wellness center. The main hypothesis is confirmed in the town of Pisek, we found a lack of supply of spa tourism and wellness. According to the situation analysis carried out by the town of Pisek is obvious that the territory has a lot to offer and there are also suitable locations for placing the new wellness center. For the newly designed wellness center was chosen hotel Biograf ***, which is located in a strategic location, near the historical center of the town of Pisek. The menu for wellness hotel Biograf*** includes the Finnish sauna and whirlpool. Since the hotel Biograf *** meet up participants of tourism while increasing influx of other possible funds that could leave the hotel guests in the wellness provided services, therefore it is the expansion of existing on-site wellness center, from which will benefit both sites-the customer as well as hotel Biograf ***. From the studies carried out, that fitness was as another part of wellness centers hotel Biograf***, demonstrated the greatest interest and thats the reason, why was the new expanded wellness center implemented to the proposal.
