On possible approaches to detecting robotic activity of botnets
Prajer, Richard ; Palovský, Radomír (advisor) ; Pavlíček, Luboš (referee)
This thesis explores possible approaches to detecting robotic activity of botnets on network. Initially, the detection based on full packet analysis in consideration of DNS, HTTP and IRC communication, is described. However, this detection is found inapplicable for technical and ethical reasons. Then it focuses on the analysis based on network flow metadata, compiling them to be processable in machine learning. It creates detection models using different machine learning methods, to compare them with each other. Bayes net method is found to be acceptable for detecting robotic activity of botnets. The Bayesian model is only able to identify the botnet that already executes the commands sent by its C&C server. "Sleeping" botnets are not reliably detectable by this model.

Management of education (focused on pupils health and socially disadvanteged)
Muchová, Zdeňka ; Vrzáček, Petr (advisor) ; Hradcová, Dana (referee)
The diploma thesis is focused on problems teaching of elementary school pupils with physical disadvantaged or socially disadvantaged pupils. The number of these pupils is constantly rising in ordinary schools. The present-day school reform makes it possible for schools, with their new educational programmes, to create the conditions for these pupils to individual integration into a regular classroom. The theoretic part deals with alternation in general - how people perceive it, what are its types, directing people during the change etc. Further it deals the problems of deprived or health disadvantaged pupils and their individual integration into a regular school. The practical part of thesis is attended to research investigation. By using of researching methods it analyses the present state of the integration system in one existing elementary school and it also investigates with posibilities of development and alternation. The overall output of the research is creating suggestion of the Integration developing plan.

Honc, Adam ; Strouhal, Jiří (advisor) ; Smrčka, Luboš (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of joint-stock company MSV Metal Studénka for 31. 12. 2015. The thesis is divided into theoretical-methodological and practical part. The former contains the definitions of terms, techniques and methods which relate to not only the problems of company appreciation but also insolvency law focusing on corporate restructuring. In the practical part, the theoretical groundwork is applied. After the initial introduction of the company including a brief description of the course of insolvency proceeding, a strategic and financial analysis is conducted. After the evaluation of the company's financial health and future perspective, a division of assets into operationally necessary and unnecessary, analysis and value generator prognosis, financial plan formulation and the evaluation itself follow. For the final company appreciation, the discounted cash flow method in the variant of free cash flow to the firm (FCFF) is used.

The development of Leishmania in the insect vector of the genus Phlebotomus
Kvapilová, Kateřina ; Volf, Petr (advisor) ; Bilej, Martin (referee)
The work was focused on the study of various aspects of development of Leishmania in vectors of genus Phlebotomus and can be divided into two main parts. In the first part, we studied the competition of Leishmania major and L. turanica during their development in the sand flies who are natural vectors of L. major using the experimental co-infections of fluorescently marked promastigots of these two species. While both leishmania species developed similar in the intestine of Phlebotomus papatasi, L. turanica prevailed in P. duboscqi in the late stages of infection. The fluorescent marking of Leishmania should allow us also to study possible genetic exchange between species at different stages of Leishmania infection (2nd, 9th and 14th day after the infective feeding). Using the flow cytometry (FACS) we have repeatedly identified dozens of objects emitting red and green signals in the intestinal homogenates of co-infected sand flies, however further analysis with confocal microscope disproved these objects as the hybrid promastigots of Leishmania. In the second part of this thesis we investigated the role of L. major genes HASP and SHERP, which lies on the locus LmcDNA16 and are expressed exclusively in metacyclics. We used mutant lines KO (lacking the locus LmcDNA16) and HASPB (KO line with gene...

Possibilities of special educational support of olfactory perception in people with visual impairment based on olfactory examination
Šumníková, Pavlína ; Květoňová, Lea (advisor) ; Vítková, Marie (referee) ; Strnadová, Iva (referee)
Olfactory sense is considered as one of the compensatory senses in the speciál educational practice. The advanced thesis is focused on examination of olfactory sense in people with visual impairment. In order to fulfil the aim of the thesis, the standardized tests of olfactory perception UPS1T and STT were utilized. Furthermore the tested people were asked their subjective perception in using the olfactory sense in everyday life. 154 probands, 77 individuals with visual impairment (45 men and 32 women) and 77 individuals from a control group participated in the research. The condition for people with visual impairment to join the research was determined if the incidence of visual impairment was for longer than five years and the level of visual impairment (according to WHO, 1992) within the category of low vision, blindness and unqualified visual loss. People from the control group were chosen to match the participants with visual impairment in age and sex. One of the applied methods was the critical analyses of professional literature in order to understand the structure of olfactory analysers, the process of transformation in olfactory information, the level of olfactory perception during the development and maturation of individual, and the function of olfactory sense in people with visual impairment...
