Předmětem diplomové práce je oběh dokladů v návaznosti na vnitřní kontrolní systém ve společnosti Siemens Enterprise Communications, s.r.o. Úvodní, teoretická, část se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku vnitřního kontrolního systému včetně důvodů jeho zavedení a důvodů sestavení vnitropodnikových směrnic. Praktická část se následně věnuje samotnému oběhu (workflow) účetních dokladů (konkrétně dodavatelských faktur a dobropisů, cestovních příkazů a ostatních vyúčtování) a jejich placení ve výše uvedené společnosti. Na závěr je provedeno srovnání dvou rea-lizací workflow faktur. The thesis topic is the accounting workflow of the company Siemens Enteprise Communications, s.r.o. The first, theoretical, part of the thesis focuses on general characteristics of the accounting system including the company rules and the need for such a system. The second part of the thesis deals with the workflow of accounting documents (invoices, credit notes, travel orders and other accounting documents). The thesis closes with a comparison of two workflow systems.
